EDIT:
'Eye of the Storm' flag carrier update is needed for: esMX, koKR, ruRU, zhTW

corrected talents (for monk) and carrier files (eye of the storm)
Deepwind Gorge flag detection works fine, strings same as wsg and twin peaks
