    I don't have a clue. But I hope someone will come up with an example that people can adjust to their own needs.

    How about the bar timers - would that be possible? Say I make a bar that tracks the time on Polymorph on my focus. Would I be able to update its width through DogTags? Or is kgPanels not suited for that kind of use (too jaggy animation perhaps)?

    I think we've discussed this in another thread, right, lilsparky? As far as I recall it didn't seem possible. All I can do is suggest using a scroll wheel for rapid TAB'ing.

    Does the new Text feature support DogTags? It would be a great feature - especially for those who does not use PitBull as UnitFrames.

    Also a way to control the size of a panel through DogTags would be cool. With little effort you could basically make your own de/buff timers! Right? At least this post on EJ makes me think it would be possible.

    Indeed there is ;) Bartender3 can't remove buttons from the Pet Bar. There are 6 "commands" on most pet bars (aggressive/defensive/passive, attack/follow/stay) all of which are stuck on the bar. Since I have Attack keybound and generally never use Defensive I don't want them shown. And that's where this brilliant code comes in - setting the scale to 0.01 makes it invisible (perhaps Hide(true) would be a better choice..). On top of that I'm MouseEnabled(false)'ing some buttons too.

    I've set eePanels up to perform all of the tweaks when BattlefieldMinimap is shown and it works great. But in my future tweakings it would be good to know how to tweak without user interaction (Shift+M) everytime I enter the world.

    Is there a way to run my addon after everything else is done? Or just after 5-10 sec? Got a better idea? :)

    I've tried something similar, but instead of tweaking the BattleMap I tried to tweak some Bartender buttons.

    It doesn't work though! Why is that?

    I have a hard time believing that it doesn't work, since it's just one basic line of code. :)

    Anyway I'm using NefRadar myself, but changed the blips back to the default ones - just smaller (Players at 85% scale and NPCs at 70%. It works well in Battlegrounds (I'm a hunter).

    If I were you I'd set alpha to 30-50 on the raid blips, so you're able to see them and still your party will stand out.

    Capping is acting funny. It likes to set my BattlefieldMinimap to 50% opacity everytime I log on. Also, the 'Always Show' Zone Map/BattlefieldMinimap (Blizzard option available at World Map) doesn't work when Capping is running.

    I'm not sure I understand what you're saying, lilsparky. How would an addon be able to check if your focus, lasttarget, partytarget (etc.) is the next enemy on the "prox list"? In combat that is.


    Perhaps using a sort of /castsequence could work.

    /castsequence Prox_enemy1, Prox_enemy2, etc.


    or using the actionbar pages to simulate a castsequence

    /cast [actionbar:1] Prox_enemy2
    /changeactionbar [actionbar:1] 2
    /cast [actionbar:2] Prox_enemy3
    /changeactionbar [actionbar:2] 3
    /cast [actionbar:3] Prox_enemy4
    /changeactionbar [actionbar:3] 4
    /cast [actionbar:4] Prox_enemy5
    /changeactionbar [actionbar:4] 5
    /cast [actionbar:5] Prox_enemy1
    /changeactionbar [actionbar:5] 1


    And another one going the opposite way. Can I in any way shift out Prox_enemyX with something that works? Or would I not be able to use [actionbar:3] ?

    Oooh nice.

    Then I'll request a way to scroll through the enemies. Bind scroll up to (if you're targeting enemy3) 'target enemy2 and scroll down to 'target enemy4'. Binding to the scroll wheel isn't necessary (most people use it to adjust the camera). Say you're doing 2v2 you basically only need 1 button to switch between the targets. 3v3 is almost the same (either you press it once or twice to target the right enemy), but 5v5 you're better off with a scroll wheel, the already implemented enemy-keybinds or doing it the way Blizzard intended (TAB or click).

    Edit: Mmm.. the "target enemyY if targeting enemyX" is most likely not doable, so implementing something like this probably isn't possible at all.. Damn :)

    The wasted screen is not really the issue (just a bad excuse). It just looks bad with the castbar on the unitframe instead of below or above it - and most importantly Quartz bars are invisible when noone is not casting.

    Feature Request: Keybind targeting.

    As default F1-F5 is bound to target party members. Being able to do the same with the "Prox Party" (assign keys to them) would be a cool feature.

    The wasted screen real estate on my Pitbull Party Castbars hurt me :'(

    Perhaps as a module so as to not bloat Quartz.
