Ok thanks, that is indeed a easy way, thanks! Didnt see that addon yet ^^
Tho besides of that, does anyone know another way to fix this, like my original question, because it would help me to learn all this addon writing stuff :)
Heya, atm i am writing a addon that re-arranges my UI when i am in a raid or a BG, and all depending on the size of the raid. Most things work pretty well, but i am new to writing addons, and there is a problem i cant seem to solve:
I want my addon to move Grid to different positions. I couldnt find out how to do that directly from my addon, so i decided to go the long way and use another addon for it, Vizor2. I can move the frame how i want with a simple /command in-game. But now i cant find out how to let my addon execute that /command :(
So does anyone maybe have a tip how to move grid directly? And also how to execute /commands (if it is possible at all) because it would make a lot of things a lot easier.
Heya, i am trying to write an addon that creates some background panels when i enter certain area's etc. One thing i would like to do is Hide the Pitbull Party Frames while i am in certain raids. But i cant find a command op option to hide those, except for manually clicking it in the Pitbull options window.
i want something, but im not sure it is possible. I raid and i pvp on my priest, i would like it that grid hides my party frames when i am in a raid, that is no problem. But the problem is that when you join a arena it places you into a raid, and there i dont want grid to show up and just use my normal party frames.
Anyone has a good idea how i can do this?
my problem with share media is that there are so many textures added that the texture selector extends beyond the edge of my screen. Is there some way to scroll in this? Because i couldnt find out how.
Hiya, i am raiding with some unusual raid setups at times, and i like to have my frames sorted by class because that makes healing a lot easier for me.
But what i am looking for is the following:
So if classes are not filled grid will just leave those lines empty.
Is there any way i can make a layout where grid would collapse the sorting to something like:
I know PitBull is supposed to be a lightweight addon, but since i updated it to the newest version the memory use gets really excessive. I use Fubar_PerformanceFU to monitor the memory use of my addons. Yesterday in raid the memory use of PitBull was 20+MiB ... that is about 4 times the usual amount i had before 2.2 and i am only using Player, Target, Targettarget, Party and Focus frames.
Hello, i tried to search this topic for questions about this issue already, but i couldn find it, so here is my question:
When i select StatusBar Textures for the first character where i have set up PitBull i have about 15 options or so. But if i try the same on one of my alts where i copied the settings from the first char, i automatically get the basic texture and only 2-3 options i can choose from, and Not including the one from the profile i copied.

But what i am looking for is the following:
Imagine this would be a normal grid sorting:
-----------------
Warrior Warrior Warrior
Rogue Rogue
Priest Priest
-----------------
and now the 2 rogues leave and grid looks like:
-----------------
Warrior Warrior Warrior
Priest Priest
-----------------
So if classes are not filled grid will just leave those lines empty.
Is there any way i can make a layout where grid would collapse the sorting to something like:
