Turn off performancefu then. It gives incorrect numbers for memory use when you are using embedded libraries.

I need performancefu for my latency and fps.

Embeded libraries = all the libraries (extra files) that the addon needs are inside the addons folder (this cause there to be mutiple copies of all libs and that can cause an addon to be "blaimed" for other addons memory usa via those libs)

    opsite of

Disembeded libraries = all the libraries have their own folder drectly under the addons folder (usually named Lib"some name").

autoload = automaticly load needed files/plugins/modules that are needed.

    Thanks for the explination. :)
I have indeed libs folder with alot of libraries inside the prat folder.
But some are the same that the ace2 folder also has.

No, it isn't. However, if you are using embedded libraries...you should not be looking at memory use numbers.

Prat has 33 modules, delete the ones you dont use, or unpack the Prat_* folders and enable autolod.

Prat's memory use for me is around 1MB, and my entire UI uses about 20MB.

I don't know what you are talking about, to be honest.
Never heard of embedded libraries, I don't know what it is. Also autolod.

Is it normal that prat uses 11.86MiB ?
Performance_Fu shows this and Prat is always the addon that uses the most of all the addons I got.
Aloft being second with 7.15MiB and third being Ag Unitframes with only 1.89MiB.

So is this normal that Prat uses this much?

    Type
    /script TEXT_MODE_A_STRING_VALUE_SCHOOL = "";
to hide the magic school type.

Would it save if I type that?

I can't seem to figure out how to show those tracking debuff icons.
Which option is it? They don't show for me.

What I'm missing is filter out the stuff like "Frost" "Physichal" "Shadow" etc.
I don't need to know if it's shadow or not, I can already see it by the spellname itself by telling what kind of damage it is.

yes...but u can;t get rid of that row with the "self" "everyone" buttons. it does not save filter between logins, every time u zone it resets....and so on.

A "Simple" Combat Log addon would do much less than b4, but there is still a need for one :)

    There's a temporary fix for that: http://forums.wow-europe.com/thread.html?topicId=3405161599&postId=34047357499&sid=1#6

It works, I have it myself, it's just a addon.

It is too spammy in AV.
The range of it is quite big, I know it's a blizzard combat log thing.
But can't the combat log range be put to the range pre 2.4?
I don't want to know what happens 120yards away from me.
I liked it much better pre 2.4.

Anyone know how I can reduce the range the combatlog logs things?

To anyone getting this issue: Open up the file UIElements1.lua in the Skinner folder and Ctrl-F "InspectPVPFrameCloseButton:Hide()" (line 700). Change it to: "--InspectPVPFrameCloseButton:Hide()".

Thanks for this! Works fine now.

Ok, thanks for the reply, Grayhoof.
I did try that line you gave me before, but it only possible when I have it targetted.
Before 2.4 I could get those messages shown when I didn't have any target.
So I guess I have to look for a other alternative for the moment.

I've managed to get all of my custom events working except one:

    [19] = {name="*1: *3", argcount=3, search="Your (.+) crits (.+) for (%d+)", r=190/256, g=190/256, b=190/256},

It shows only my special crits, but I'm having a very difficult time converting this to work with the new combat log.

    Any help please?

Do you know how to show a custom event without having to target the one?
So for example showing when sheep breaks from a enemy around you, not targetted.
Or a buff gains from someone around you, not targetted.

Tried to create some new custom events in SCT with the new combat log system.
    Editing the sct_event_config.lua
But I can't get it to work anymore, showing "Sheep Broke!" from a mob/player I haven't selected.
I can only get it to show if I have it targetted myself.

So anyone know how I can get messages to show about buff gains/fades from enemies around me and not only my target?

    Thanks!

Maybe it's not Prat that got disabled, but some library or something. Look for addons that are disabled for that character but not others (grey check-mark on the addons menu on the character screen) and see if anything stands out.

Mate, I know that, and I did that. ;)
As I said, I did disable the addon on all characters, then clicked it on on all characters, so I got a yellow check-mark, which means it is on on all chars.
I'm sure I have it on, I relogged and checked so many times.
