Devla, I got r21608 and Armor of Faith works fine now. I also do like the way you have Inspiration now, showing the same icon on the timer bar that is on the buff.

I'm not sure what changes you made to Touch of Weakness, I can't really tell. I tried changing it to the following and it mostly works:
      self:AddTimer(self.EVENT, BS["Touch of Weakness"], 120, 1,0,0, { a=1 })

I'm not too familiar with how the coding for Chronometer works. Is there a command to always have the timer reset? With the above it only shows the timer for the first application, subsequent applications on the same enemy does not reset the timer.

Ok, Ive read all of the posts about not being able to move the MT windows (which I figured out after much experimenting). However, I am using X Perl unit frames, and Id like to be able to turn OFF the MT window. I cant seem to figure out how to do this. My work around atm is to scale it down such that its really tiny, but that's a bit of a kludge and I'd like to just turn it off altogether.

Is there a way to do this?
    thanks

If you set the Number of MTs to zero, it basically gets rid of it.

The texture for Armor of Faith is already in Babble-Spell. Could you try this and let me know if it works?

    self:AddTimer(self.EVENT, BS["Armor of Faith"], 30, 1,1,0, { a=1, xn=BS["Armor of Faith"] })

No, using r21467 with that code addition you posted added in, the icon does not show up. The ability gets a bar, but there is no icon.

Heh, just realized I had .jpg on what I posted previously. Let me go edit that.

Also, I was thinking of commenting out Touch of Weakness and Hex of Weakness, since both are 2 minute timers, and long timers are annoying. Thoughts?

Hex of Weakness only shows up when you cast it on an enemy, that's fine. Touch of Weakness is incorrectly showing up with a two minute timer on yourself (it's actually a 10 minute self buff). If Touch of Weakness could be corrected to show up as a two minute timer when an enemy is effected by it then it would be fine.

If you need the combat log data for Touch of Weakness, I could post some.

Devla, if you are still adding tweaks, I noticed that someone started putting in the Priest T3 four piece proc. It wasn't finished, so I cleaned it up. If you or someone else wants to add it in:
    	self:AddTimer(self.EVENT, BS["Armor of Faith"], 30, 1,1,0, { a=1, tx="Interface\\Icons\\Spell_Holy_BlessingOfProtection" })

I tried to correct the Touch of Weakness spell that Forsaken priests get, but I wasn't able to get it working right.

Huh, not sure why there is two of the same file attached to my first post. Probably from me pushing preview then thinking I needed to attach the file again after previewing. Those two should be the same thing.

good idea but, you should work with bigwigs rather than ora2.

My raid use master loot only on bosses, so i guess it's easier to work with bg.

When you first form the raid, do you change the loot from group loot? That's all this tries to do.

This has no place in BigWigs.

    I'll add it to oRA2.

    -Ammo

Yay! Thanks Ammo. Really appreciate it. I stuck a request in the oRA2 thread awhile back about this and made a messy attempt to add it myself back then. Just couldn't figure it out at the time. Finally had a chance to sit down yesterday on my day off and make it work.

You wouldn't believe how tired I am of people thinking they are cute when they push Greed on Naxx Scraps because I once AGAIN forgot to set the loot before we pulled. This will make me look less stupid and that's always a good thing. Thanks again.

ok but in fact I was thinking of something like ClosetGnome_Bigwigs wich change your stuff for the boss in target.

but if it works with oRA2 for boss, it s fine for me :)

You could write a BigWigs plugin to do this! You'd definitely want it as a separate optional addon, though. For example, my guild has had so many problems with Master Looter over the year+ we've been raiding that we only use Free for all now.

Is there an option or quick hack to change intra-group layout to be vertical, as well as inter-group layout (creating a result suspeciously similar in appearance to PerfectRaid)?

    There's a layout -> horizontal groups.
You can also set frames -> advanced -> orientation -> horiztonal
Then adjust the frames -> advanced -> height and then the width

That should make it look like praid.

posted a message on oRA2 auto set Loot Method plugin
Wrote a little oRA2 plugin that will auto set the loot method when you form a raid. I did this mostly for myself, because I was tired of forgetting to change the loot settings before we started pulling. It currently justs remembers what you last set the loot to through the oRA2 -> Loot Method menu. Master looter is set to yourself and threshold is not changed.

If Ammo or another kind oRA2 developer would consider just adding this into oRA2 and fleshing it out, that would be great. This should probably be a sub menu of Leader Invite.

If you want to add it to your copy of oRA2 don't forget to add "LootMethod.lua" to the Leader.toc and "Leader\LootMethod.lua" to the oRA2.toc. File is attached.

It was working fine for us last week too. Last night, however, not so much.

You need to have a unit with mana in line of sight of the shout. If there is no unit with mana, then the shout does not show up in the combat log and BigWigs will guess. This guessing is what you are referring to when you say that the timer is off. We use a Warlock's Voidwalker for this.

Make sure that if you use a pet like a Voidwalker that the pet uses it's mana during the encounter. Otherwise the pet will regen enough mana that the shout will kill it during the encounter.

We just did Raz last night with an updated BigWigs and the timers were fine.

Frame->Show Tooltip->Always is set. However, when hovering over a Grid unit frame while in combat, the tooltip displays this message:

This is not just Grid. If you mouse over even Blizzard party frames it will do this. If you do not have anything targetted, you will not see this Player Options tooltip.

I honestly don't know if there is anything that could be done about this, but it is not Grid's fault.

Slight error with the Priest racial spell Touch of Weakness. This has existed with Chronometer for quite awhile.

Touch of Weakness is a self buff that lasts for 10 minutes. When you are hit with melee, the attacker receives a debuff that lasts for 2 minutes and the buff is consumed.

Currently Chronometer gives a 2 minute timer when you cast the spell on yourself. It should show a 10 minute bar for yourself or should be giving a 2 minute bar when the attacker gets the debuff. The later would be more ideal.

I've been noticing some weirdness when doing Anubrekhan. Two things : 1. The timer for the swarm is usually off by anywhere from 4-8 seconds. 2. Sometimes bigwigs would just quit working (no alerts/timers etc) in the middle of the fight, then after a minute or 2, begin working again.

    1. You notice how the Anub timer says, "Locust Swarm in ~5 seconds."

Any timer that uses a ~ means in ABOUT that time. It's the same thing with the Twin Emp Teleport, Noth's Blink, or any other timer like that. They all have a ~ to indicate it's an approximation.

The ability is on a cooldown and the boss will use it when he damn well feels like it. The timer let's you know when is the earliest point in time that the ability could be used.

    2. I've never personally experienced #2, so I can't really comment on that.
