Grid does not have click casting built into it. Most users who are interested in that feature use Clique in conjunction with Grid.

As a healer, I would also purposely avoid healing someone who was using a macro or a mod and asking for heals. This is irregardless of whether or not the message was being spammed.

I treat these kind of things in the same manner I treat people sitting in town endlessly whispering me, "u have money plz plz money plz give money can you give money money plz."

I just made a macro for my mage alt and it works fine. First click equip +spirit staff and casts Evocation, second click re-equips old weapons.

    Example:

    #show Evocation
    /equip Dancing Silver
    /cast Evocation
    /equip Wraith Blade
    /equip Jin'do's Bag of Whammies

If you don't want to use a macro, mods like ItemRack have this sort of functionality available in them.

this is my first time here, so I hope i'm in the right place for this question. Does ORA2 have any functionality built in for displaying the totems of your raid members?

    No it does not.

    Quote from loddvs »
I have been using CTRaid since I started playing WoW, and my best friend uses ORA2/Bigwigs. I've been looking for a reason to switch,

You should be interested in switching to oRA2 if there are parts of CT_RaidAssist that you do not use. oRA2's module design allows you to use just the parts that you need - like being able to have raid leaders check durability. Note that oRA2 does NOT provide you with raid unit frames, so if that is a feature of CTRA that you enjoy, you will need to either use the Blizzard Raid Frames or another addon in conjunction with oRA2.

You should be interested in switching to BigWigs if you find the CT_RABossMods to be lacking. Once you've used it, you'll find the timer bar system to be superior.

and also looking for some way to see what totems my raid-mates have put down, so I don't use the same ones. It seems like a general raid mod like this should have that function.

I'm just looking for little icons next to their name, or even text notifications, SOMETHING so I know what totems are ALREADY down and who put them there. Thanks for your help guys.

oRA2 does not do this. I don't know of any addon that shows raid totem information - outside of general Raid Frames. I honestly don't know why you would want to see such information. This is especially true because of totems only effecting one group. The only reason I can think of is if you were a raid leader.

I think a better option for you would be to get some customizable Raid Frames. Set them to just show the buffs you are interested in, in this case, buffs from totems. Then you could easily see who are effected by which totems.

edit: I should note that I am running BigWigs in LoD.

MendWatch is fantastic...In light of it, is there any way to remove specifically "Prayer of Mending" from Chronometer so I don't have Chron's extra/wrong info?

You can either comment out (put two dashes like -- ) at the front of line 22 in the Priest.lua file or delete that line. The line reads:
    self:AddTimer(self.SPELL, BS["Prayer of Mending"], 30, 1,1,1)

Well unfortunately, as far as I know there's no way for me to keep track of the Prayer of Mending as it jumps around between people. The best I could possibly do would be to display the timer for the person you initially cast it on.

Prayer of Mending Tracker -> http://www.wowinterface.com/downloads/info6877-PrayerofMendingTracker.html

    Quote from Bhattu »
As for the other person mentioning Fire Vulnerability from Scorch... Well, there's a reason no other DoT timers even try to show stuff like Fire/Shadow Vulnerability, Inspiration, Ancestral Fortitude, etc. There is no way to accurately detect when buffs like these have been re-applied. I might just comment out the lines for all of those type of timers and let people comment them back in at their own discretion with the knowledge that they don't work well.

Please don't. The fact that they work most of the time is good enough. The only time they don't work consistently is when the buff/debuff is reapplied. Example, casting Shadow Word: Pain when Shadow Vulnerability is already stacked 5 times or if Inspiration is already up on a target and you get another crit heal.

Some of these things you might be able to account for. If the heal is a critical, redo the Inspiration / Ancestral Fortitude timer. If Scorch does damage, redo the Fire Vulnerability timer. I don't think recasting Shadow Word: Pain on a target while SW:P is already there shows up anywhere, but if Mind Blast does damage, redo the Shadow Vulnerability timer. Perhaps this is out of the scope of this addon, though.

Another request for the Priest talent Holy Concentration and the Priest Undead Racial Spell Touch of Weakness to be added:
      self:AddTimer(self.EVENT, BS["Clearcasting"], 15, 0,1,1, { a=1, tx="Interface\\Icons\\Spell_Holy_Fanaticism" })
      self:AddTimer(self.EVENT, BS["Touch of Weakness"], 120, 1,0,0, { a=1 })

The Priest talent Surge of Light is also missing. When I have some time, I'll respec and try to list this as well.

Do Paladin's Blessings work with this? For some reason they are not showing up when I try using Chronometer. Any help? Because Blessings on other players is the main thing I'm trying to keep track of. Thanks!

if you look at the paladin.lua file, the blessings are commented out. if you wanted to remove the comments (delete the --) they would work again.
