I've had a couple reports of this problem, and I'm poking throught the code trying to figure it out. Best guess is that I'm doing something really silly when I call into the OneBag/OneView code. I'm just not sure that I'm doing wrong yet.
Aha, glad it's not just me :) Would you mind adding an option to disable the backend invo query until we figure this out? I don't really care what items my alts have, anyway :)
Well, I've discovered that the code to hide the default Blizzard frames is hardcoded, so I've attached a patch to add two options to hide the default Blizzard buff frames, for those of us crazy enough to want to use both EBB and the Blizzard frames.
Closely related to a poster above, I want to use ElkBuffbars, but I also want the default Blizzard buff frame displayed (don't ask). I can't seem to find a way to keep ElkBuffBars from hiding the default frame, although toggling the "Hide Blizzard buff/debuff frame" option in Pitbull makes it reappear until the next reload. Is this an option somewhere I'm missing?
Can we PLEASEPLEASE have an option to turn off the "A new version is available!" text? Omen's been in "production" use for months now, and it's really frustrating to have a bunch of text overlay part of my interface just because some scrub logs in halfway through a raid when there was some trivial embedded update 20 minutes ago. If you're worried about stale copies not working properly, then maybe we can have an option that does something like "Only show update warning if Omen is more than 7 days out of date" instead of just "off".
I had a bit of a feature request. I *love* being able to see the talent spec for each of my opponents, but there are classes I don't play and I don't know what order their trees are in. Would it be possible to add an option to just display a one-word summary based on which tree they have the majority of their points in (ie, "Holy", "Destruction", "Ice", etc.)?
I've got a question, that I think is actually a feature request...I know there's functionality to add pullout bars, but when I was redoing my UI yesterday I was thinking it would be really neat to have a "dynamic" pullout bar that would always show my threat in relationship to the current aggro holder on my current target. Then, instead of keeping the Omen window open in fights with multiple, individually tanked mobs, I could just use the dynamic bar and switch targets with ease. Basically, I'm just trying to save screen real estate, and all I really care about is my threat vs. the aggro holder, not any particular player. Anything like that exist?
I'd like to request the addition of an alert for the blizzard AoE in the Illidari Council fight. The graphic is quite a bit smaller than the actual damage radius, and people tend to take 1-2 ticks before they realize they're in it. Something functionally identical to Azgalor's Rain of Fire warning would be perfect ("Blizzard on you!"). It's really the only AoE that needs a warning, as it's the only one that can be avoided.
Luckily the debuff pops up in the combat log in time to get away, the trigger message is "(name) is afflicted by Blizzard." I'd really appreciate it, thanks much-
So here's an odd problem I've run into. I've been using Parrot for the last week or so on my warlock, and I've noticed that my screen & interface freeze for ~0.5-1 sec every time I mount or dismount. By playing around with my various mods, I've discovered that parrot causes this pause every time I have a pet appear or disappear (such as summoning the pet in the first place). Duplicating the issue is trivial, simply deselecting "Enable" in parrot makes it go away instantly. I don't have the slightest clue what would cause this :) Any thoughts, suggestions?
I've recently started using Fubar, and it's pretty snazzy, but I discovered that transparency and textures are shared by all Fubar panels. Is there any way to work around this, or failing that, is there any possibility of adding this feature?
Same here...I just discovered the easy fix to this the other day :) It'd be nice to actually have the problem solved, but toggling it off/on each session is an OK workaround for the moment.
