    Friz Quattra or something along that line is (I'm fairly certain) the name of the default font Blizzard uses. You should have access to it using SharedMedia, since I do get it.

    ragamer, make use of the /endcasting function of macros. See the UI & Macros forum on the official site. I could have the /endcasting wrong. It might be called something slightly different, but the idea is that when the cast is over, the rest of the macro continues at that point. I can't get a link for you atm because the servers are down. :( But it's a stickied post.

    Correction: I searched http://www.google.com/search?q=endcast+site%3Aworldofwarcraft.com and it turns up nothing usable. I could swear I saw it somewhere.

    You might want the addon AfterCast from WoWI.

    You might need to be more specific, Jakobud. I have never had such an issue.

    If you have Fubar, you might find the icon on that. Aside from that, you will probably see a button on the minimap. It's difficult to describe but assuming you haven't deactivated the button (even if you do so the addon will still run), you can type /cowtip and the menu will appear next to the icon. From there you can move the button from the minimap to your fubar. Once it's on the fubar you can activate the waterfall config window which is somewhat helpful when you want to configure several things at once.

    If you have already deactivated the button from the minimap (whether or not you've moved it to fubar) the menu will appear next to the mouse cursor.

    I'm getting nothing from this addon on my Fubar. Well, I guess I get the icon but no online/total numbers. However, a little bit ago I was indeed getting 0/25 0/zz which was incorrect because I did have several guild members and friends online. Judging from other people's remarks it sounds like I'm getting even less than anyone else. Did I miss something that they got?

    Thats why i dont usw Pitbull, its not only the Messy shitness in my Addons Folder, imagine EVERY addonw ould do it like that, what then? I would need an extra search engine to keep a overview in all that crap.

    Also annoying, if i setup Addons in Game on Characterview, ive to scroll down through millions of unecessary "Folder" Modules which i cant delete or im forced to have in my Addon Folder or forced to not use WAU for just these Addons becouse they wont give you the choice... absolutly no sense at all, as i said.

    Whatever, man. Use whatever addon you want, but as was already stated, whatever options you have selected on WAU or however you update your addons, you can delete all the modules you don't want to make use of. If you're like me, you might want to put your addon folder on a quickbar or something so you have easy access to it and you can delete the modules you don't want. It really isn't that hard, and if you don't want to do it very frequently you can of course update your addons less frequently--or at least Quartz. If any other addons behave similarly, do likewise. Of course there are always alternatives....

    At least for me and my brother, QuestsFu works no matter how far away we are, our logs update for each other. The library you use for your addon is probably the same one--or should be. I don't know what all is involved, but I'm pretty sure QuestsFu uses Quixote. You do too, right?

    How many debuffs do priests have, that you need a specific one to stand out? Anyways, with this addon, as it is, you can't do that. I wouldn't expect a change in this direction either, but I'm no the author.

    MobInfo2 is broken sort of by this. It displays all the information I've selected to display, but only for a second or so and then the tooltip becomes as though I didn't have MI2. Of course if I move the cursor off and then move it back it shows the info for another second or so.

    Thanks, Cal. I'm going to put that little note in the Rules wiki page. It's rather important! Since you can tab between the rule number and the description and bearing in mind the little confusion there, tab should work to get to the rule formula section. My edit to the wiki

    On your wiki page, you said that ItemRack hadn't been updated for TBC. Does the "2.0" beta (which shows up on the addon menu as 3.0 (lol) count? http://www.wowinterface.com/downloads/info6818-ItemRack2.0-beta.html. That's what I use atm, but I might switch to ClosetGnome.

    From testing I found that I couldn't write my own rules. I went to the rules interface, clicked new, checked the box, gave an order of 1, typed in the description (Leatherworking), and I can't add anything else. I tried even dragging an item into the window. What am I missing here?

    I'm using the version from Curse-gaming, 07-Jun-28-21-15 (though the addon in the game has a header 21-45). I couldn't find the branch going through http://www.wowace.com/trac/browser/branches?rev=35668&order=name. I'm now downloading the WowAce SVN copy. I'll see if there's any new developments on this front.

    To point 3.

    Thats the Problem, i dont wanna have all that Folder in my DIR.. i dont like it that ive no choice to this, and im forced to have it, other Addons can dot it too, why not Quartz? Cartographer i can choose which modules i want to Download and then these are the only ones in my DIR, and no Folders which are not beeing used all the time, makes no sense to me at all.

    Anyways thanks for the help on 1. and 2. bro

    As Ellipsis already said, it is somewhat meaningless that that folder is on your hard drive with respect to performance in the game, or doing anything else, for that matter, unless you are within 12kB of being full.

    As far as being forced to have this folder, well--you can of course remove the folder after each update. Or you can download the addon for yourself at http://files.wowace.com/Quartz/. Then you could do the rest yourself from there.

    I noticed you mentioned Cartographer as allowing you to download exactly what modules you wanted. This is only partly true--as true as if Quartz came as is and if someone else also wrote a third-party module for it. You may have not noticed that when you install Cartographer without any other third-party modules, several already come with it. I update PitBull just about every day. I don't complain that I have these other modules that I don't need like the combat fader, and repuatation and xp bar.

    Last I checked, which is the latest update as of today or yesterday, the swing timer would not work if you're dual wielding. The reasoning is that it's too hard to keep track of the timer, or perhaps that it's mostly irrelevant. In any case, it does work for a single weapon be it two-hand or one-hand. (I checked both ways.) I haven't checked my druid for bear form either, at least not intending to check for it. Come to think of it, I don't think it works but I could be wrong.

    For some reason I hadn't considered that. I do play on a pvp server. I don't know why that didn't hit me.

    Anyways, back in the good old days, someone in my group had their pet on defensive and when we got to Baron Rivendare's ziggurat... yeah you know what happened. The group broke up right then, sadly. I wish all pets were on passive and you couldn't change them. There are a few other wishes I have regarding pets, but if they came true, well, they wouldn't be there.

    posted a message on DogTag: Sex
    o.O

    This is for r41637. The sex determination based on UnitSex() is changed from I guess what you started with, or something... Anyways, see http://www.wowwiki.com/API_UnitSex for more info. But based on that, my understanding is that line 1757 and following (based on this revision) should be:

    Tags.Sex = {([[do
    	local sex = UnitSex(${unit})
    	if sex == 1 then
    		value = %q
    	elseif sex == 2 then
    		value = %q
    	elseif sex == 3 then
    		value = %q
    	end
    end]]):format(L["Neuter"], L["Male"], L["Female"]), ret = "string;nil", globals = "UnitSex"}

    And following closely after that,

    Tags.ShortSex = {([[do
    	local sex = UnitSex(${unit})
    	if sex == 1 then
    		value = %q
    	elseif sex == 2 then
    		value = %q
    	elseif sex == 3 then
    		value = %q
    	end
    end]]):format(L["n"], L["m"], L["f"]), ret = "string;nil", globals = "UnitSex"}

    And naturally you'd have to add the L["Neuter"] and L["n"] where appropriate, or if possible take out that term. I wasn't sure either way if you could do so.

    For testing purposes, I got on my druid. Sadly every NPC in Southshore is Male whether really male or not. To conduct further testing -- since I was confident that my changes should have worked -- I went and stealthed into Tarren Mill. I found that the NPCs were all properly sexed, unlike in SS. I got on my warrior later, and found that in Darkshire as well, everyone is properly sexed. I just wanted to make this note so that if someone went to SS you wouldn't be like "ehy--thsi Shcmitd gyu si a dritbag, he doens't kno jakc." I'm going to post this as a bug on the official forums. Maybe they'll fix SS.
