I disabled timestamps by commenting out the module in .toc. However I still see the stamps in combat log when using filters other than default ("Self" for example). Am I missing something or is that a bug? =)
The only thing I'm missing in the new combat log is that there is no target filter =/
I like to filter mine based on myself and target, and as far as I understand, it's not possible with the current set of options *sad panda*
I've added x y positioning to the Clock block, if the clock users could test it and give me a positive result, I'll replicate it to the other blocks.
nice! works perfectly. wtb other blocks!^^
A problem with backdrop coloring though. When you lock a block, background becomes transparent, kinda defeating the purpose of the feature :P Alpha option maybe? or 100% opacity by default?
And also when you lock->unlock, backdrop resets to default white. You have to open color picker and hit OK again for it to change back.
He means a text input box that allows you to manually enter the exact coordinates on both the X and Y planes. The relative point (anchor) to the parent could be anything. Bottom Left, Center/Center, etc.
I do lock them, but the problem for me is that they become transparent. It's often hard to see the text on transparent background. That's why I requested color/alpha changing :P
Again, no idea what this means.
x,y positioning of individual blocks so I could line them up perfectly =) I figured that since they aren't aware of each other doing snapping would be too much overhead, so just plain positioning would be perfect!
Since there is a thread for it now, just wanted to say thanks to Funkydude and original authors of SCM for such great work. Been using BCM for some time now and this is all I need from a chat mod. Thanks a lot guys! =)
Nattfodd- I believe we're thinking of adding something along the lines of reassigning clicks and modifiers to different functions. You could then assign left click to cast the totem (and not swap like it currently does), right click to swap (and not cast), shift or alt click to swap and cast, etc., etc. Would that suffice, or would you also still want a toggle option in the menu for locking the main button states? Keep in mind, that probably won't be added in until after the rearrange code, which is what my next task is. :P
Yes, that would be perfectly acceptable! =)
Would really appreciate such a change.
Thanks for such a great addon!
Couple of suggestions:
- Is it possible to introduce an option to the menu which would lock the main bar buttons. I.e. same functionality as shift+left click, but without having to press shift.
(nvm the second one. I need to l2read the first post :P )
- Ability to rearrange the buttons in pop up bar. I want some totems closer to the main bar for faster access, while those that I don't use often to be at the end.

actually, Industrial is one of the Ace2 developers afaik (or at least contributed A LOT to this community). So telling him what Ace2 is is just a waste of your breath. And I don't think you get the point of his post... In short, you can write very efficient addons without touching Ace2 at all. Or you could use the framework and write some piece of shit that will give you hell of a time with your game. And it's not really about how much memory an addon uses.
While Industrial's post might be over the top for some people, I sure can see where his anger comes from...

Edit: bg color resets on /rl as well

Yep, that's exactly what I mean ^^

Features I'd love to see implemented:
- background color/alpha changing
- x,y positioning
- global text/bg coloring
