Just wanted to pop in and say thanks for a great addon. I've been using it since it first came out and I adore it. :)

I'm very much looking forward to the 2.0 version as well! I didn't realize how much I loved the mod til I couldn't use it anymore. heheh
It'll be working just fine when 2.0 hits :)

Ahhh, I will download the english-client-update when you don't localize it into german ;)
Let me know when I can help you (is it not possible to use the BabbleLib or is it only for locations?).
Before converting to Stitch, there were some required items that could not be used directly from BabbleSpell. Now, it shouldn't be a problem to switch over to Babble for the required localized stuff.

Are you planning to include bank items? I'd really like to see what I am able to craft with the stuff on my bank. Couldn't the AddOn hook into OneBank/OneView or something like that?
I've been planning to, but I've been sitting on the idea because I'd prefer to use a more universal data source for the bank data.. but as of now, there isn't one. I'll think about it.

Now using Stitch-1.0. In my testing, it's a hell of a lot faster and those lag spikes during dewdrop refreshes are a thing of the past. But there may be some bugs -- in particular, I need someone to test and see if the Smelting window works. Thanks!

nymbia's bad idea of this hour:

it'd be handy to have a tool that tells you which stand alone libraries you need to download for the mods that you have, if you want to go that route. integrating it with WAU would be even better. ;)

He does _not_ mean LoadAddOn. The addons will be loaded automatically on request, if they are enabled. If you load em all at once, you are doing much more harm than good.
Ah, I see.. AceLibrary handles that part, my mistake.. I'll get rid of that addon, then, since there's no point to it ;)

    /script for i=1,GetNumAddOns() do if IsAddOnLoadOnDemand(i) and GetAddOnMetadata(i, "X-Category") == "Library" then EnableAddOn(i) end end

There ya are, would probably fit in a macro even
    You mean LoadAddOn(i) ;)

I'll throw this into a mod; might as well make it as easy as possible for !!!Libs users to transition to a better setup.

heya nymbia, is it a bug or a feature that Manufac only opens when I press a professions button twice?
My experience is that that only occurs on the first click of a profession, because the TradeSkillUI is load on demand. Are you clicking the FuBar buttons or the actual tradeskills? And what version of the game are you running?

I'm running 1.12 on a german game client. I've put my professions on simple action buttons. Sometimes it is only on the first click, sometimes completely random. Must be a LoD issue, like you already mentioned.
Well, the problems are not only in that the tradeskill windows are LoD, but that all that data that Manufac needs to build it's cache is often not available in that instant after the first time you open a profession in a given session.

I think the current system is fine, as long as library authors stop breaking older addons (API changes) without updating the major version number.

API changes are not the most common case, though. More common is a mod will work with embedded librariex or !!!Libs, but not both, or installing it breaks another mod.
!!!Libs is bound to be often very out of date, especially if you use the zip. if you're gonna unembed with WAU, use standalones. End users should honestly never, ever be using !!!Libs.

I'm not quite sure I understand your reasoning for 'embedded libraries cause problems'. If a version bump in the library causes incompatibilities with certain mods, then it's honestly a problem with the library in question, not the entire system.

    Hi,

I just changed from MetaMap to Cartographer and I get the following error when loading WoW:

    Everything else works fine.
Remove your Cartographer_InstanceNotes mod, as it has been merged into Cartographer itself.

Started testing this yesterday, and it looks nice...

I had a look at the german localization, and when I saw it isn't finished yet, I started to work on it:

Feel free to use it. I had no problems using it on my machine, but I take no responsibility for absolute correctness. ;)
    Great, thanks a lot. :)

My experience is that that only occurs on the first click of a profession, because the TradeSkillUI is load on demand. Are you clicking the FuBar buttons or the actual tradeskills? And what version of the game are you running?
By any chance, can Manufac reply to a /tell with respective mats?

    IE:

    /w alchemist ?mats Major Mana
    alchemist whispers: 1x[Major Mana Potion] = Dreamfoil x 3 Icecap x 2 Crystal Vial x 1

Also, will be nice to have amounts in same text order:

    1x[Major Mana Potion] = 3xDreamfoil 2xIcecap 1xCrystal Vial
    or
    [Major Mana Potion] x 1 = Dreamfoil x 3 Icecap x 2 Crystal Vial x 1
Interesting idea, but I'd almost rather do this as a separate mod, as it'd take a good sized chunk of code to get it to behave right. (as in your example -- it'd be nice to have it respond to phrases other than the exact recipe -- "Major Mana" -> "Major Mana Potion" or "Repair Bot" -> "Field Repair Bot 74A").

edit: it'd also be cool to not have to use tells at all, and do something with AceComm where you can look at someone else's tradeskills directly ;)

Yes, I do have that checked :)

Thanks auctioneer for changing your data format around for no reason!! It'll be fixed in the next commit.

Note that its price data will not be available until auctioneer loads, which is when you visit an auctioneer by default.

And thanks for the defaults :)

Using auctioneer 3.8, have version 17589 of manufac and I don't see the pricing in manufac. But the tooltips show the acutioneer loaded prices...

No LUA errors or anything, just no prices.
Just making sure, but -- you do have the option to show prices checked, right?

If so, then I'll check it out. ;)
