    I love the n52 but I have tried the other one and sent it back. It seemed to be a lower build quality than the n52.

    Also, why would you need more than 104 keys? It really is plenty IMO.

    I use the keys for things I do very often such as in combat actions and mounting up. Anything else is on buttons not mapped to keys. The way I have it set up I only have access to 51 buttons, 10 of which are configured to change upon context (stance, stealth, range etc)

    The TargetUnit() function is no different in behaviour than the /target command. I believe that the change is that there are restrictions placed upon how and when you can call TargetUnit(). I very much doubt that Blizzard haven't thought about add-ons calling the target slash command instead of TargetUnit().

    My addon Target Tracker also does minimap targetting and I have thought of a way around the problem but it will not be available out of combat. Basically my idea is to use the secure unit templates to do the targetting and to use them in the list. I believe that this will work but it means that the mod will not be able to provide any extra information about minimap blobs whilst in combat and once in combat the list could not change.

    I was going to but development *really* slowed down as soon as I was able to use it to play WoW :P My main problem is that I'm a PC developer and not a Mac developer and I've got stuck on the user interface to configure it.

    I use the WASD keys on the N52 as movement keys which gives me 10 buttons free for actions. I use the orange button as attack (wand for casters, melee weapon for melee and smart range/melee for hunter). I also use the 4 direction buttons as shifts which gives me 50 buttons to use. My unshifted state also automatically swaps with stance, range and stealth as relevant to the character. Button 15 is configured as push to talk.

    Plenty of buttons for me. It needed a bit of getting used to when I first got it but I couldn't play without it now. (So much so that I had to write a driver for it when I got an Intel iMac and found that the Belkin driver didn't work)

    I knocked this simple flexbar plugin up using one of the other plugins as an example.  It's not perfect but as I've never used cyCircled with any other bar mod I don't know if it's something I can fix or if its something that needs to be fixed in the core.  (basically you can see the edge of the square in the circles)

    To install it put the attached file in the plugins folder and add it to the TOC in the same way as the other lines (replacement TOC also attached but it may overwrite important changes if your version is newer than mine)

    I'm not sure if an add-on such as ICU is going to be possible in the expansion. The reason being that it targets the tracked unit to get the info on it and I'm sure that I've read that the targeting script functions are going to be protected. There may be a workaround using one of the secure templates (and I may look into it depending upon how much I miss ICU) but it wouldn't work in combat.

    I have the Nostromo n52 and I love it. It's very sturdy and my hand never moves - just my fingers. I tried the Saitek and it just didn't seem right to me. The build quality was far less than the n52 IMO. It was a little twisted and so the four resting points didn't all sit on the desk at the same time making it wobble as I used it.

    That's true but as fewer mods use Ace 1.3 the ones that are left lose some of the benefit of having an efficient shared library.

    Obviously, having one Ace 1.3 mod that does a job is no worse than having a non-Ace mod do it.

    Are you saying that Flexbar is Aced? If so where do you get it from? I checked www.flexbarforums.com and although there are requests for it to be Aced and Ace2d he said that it wasn't a good idea.

    That screen shot has *got* to be across two monitors. I wanted to do something like that when I found out that my iMac could use my old PC's monitor as a second display. Unfortunatley it can't spread WoW over both monitors :(

    If you think that Visor is too big an addon when you are only uing it to move frames then I'm pretty sure that it was designed so that you could delete all the sub-folders that you don't need. Try deleting all except Core and Basics and see if it still works (and leave nudge if you want to move using the nudging functions)

    This is useless as a bug report.

    In what way does it not work? Not show at all? Show but with wacky graphics? Show but with the wrong figures? Error boex popping up? There are lots of ways that it would fit the description of not working and some info would be nice.
