I'm looking forward to this, I love grid but a lighter version is always welcome. How's it coming along?

Using the copy profile function it doesn't seem to copy the frame sizes, positions, bar sizes and various other settings.

Already tried that. Thanks for trying though.

    copy the savedvar file.

The Savedvar file is per server not per character. I tried looking through the lua but have no idea which parts I need.

Is there an easy way to copy a profile in it's entirety between characters? I've set up UI on a lowbie toon, with new pitbull frames and positioned everything where I want it to be, scaled how I want it etc.

Using the copy profile function it doesn't seem to copy the frame sizes, positions, bar sizes and various other settings. I have to do this for three other toons so doing this quickly would be great. Any help would be appreciated.

    This was an intentional change:

    r60056 | ckknight | 2008-02-02 17:56:11 -0500 (Sat, 02 Feb 2008) | 1 line
    Changed paths:
      M /trunk/PitBull/PitBull.lua

PitBull - enable load on demand modules automatically

I wouldn't care about this except that having the Aura module enabled at load prevents Bagnon from saving my bag and bank contents...

Hmm horrible change. I'll just have to try Lanerra's suggestion. Thanks.

I updated Pitbull before raids last night so about 4pm PST. Ever since then, Pitbull seems to have decided that it knows which modules I should have enabled.

I have the prat, portrait, cast, threat, rep and experience bars all disabled for all characters at the character selection screen. Since the update Pitbull has enabled them and despite disabling them from within Pitbull and at the character screen they won't stay off.

    Please help!

Feature Request: Align a unit frame (or group of frames, e.g., raid, party, targets) to another unit frame.

    Sample menu hierarchy:

    Align>TopPlayer
    BottomTarget
    Left>Party
    RightFocus
    etc...

    Step 1: Choose Align.
Step 2: Choose the anchor point you wish to align.
Step 3: Choose the unit frame or frame group you wish to align the corresponding anchor to.

For example, in the Target frame's menu, choose Align > Top > Player to make sure the top of the Target frame is aligned with the top of the Player frame. (I.e., set both frames' anchor point to TopLeft and set the target frame's y coordinate equal to the y coordinate of the player frame.)

    Seconded!

Personally I like to have my ToT and TToT frames as small additions below the relavent frame, (Target Party etc). It would have been so much easier to handle if I could have bound these frames together.

Another problem for me was that not all of a layout is copied between frames, (aura settings and height for example). Having to repeat these minor changes 10 times got real old.

Otherwise I love the Mod. Great work.
