Well to answer my own question if anyone searched for the answer in the future.
First the packager won't create any errors if the paths are wrong.
Second, the most important thing that I missed was the tab in front of every folder made out of 4 spaces.
Third, I didn't want to test it anymore but I believe the a empty line at the end of the file might be important.

    Here is the final output:

    package-as: Unami

    move-folders:
    Unami/Unami: Unami
    Unami/Unami_Backup: Unami_Backup
    Unami/Unami_FriendList: Unami_FriendList
    Unami/Unami_Fu: Unami_Fu
    Unami/Unami_GuildList: Unami_GuildList
    Unami/Unami_Info: Unami_Info
    Unami/Unami_Note: Unami_Note
    Unami/Unami_Panel: Unami_Panel
    Unami/Unami_Sync: Unami_Sync

I tried almost like Prat-3.0 as an exemple but can't get it to work.

    .pkgmeta:
    package-as: Unami

    move-folders:
    Unami/Unami: Unami
    Unami/Unami_Backup: Unami_Backup
    Unami/Unami_FriendList: Unami_FriendList
    Unami/Unami_Fu: Unami_Fu
    Unami/Unami_GuildList: Unami_GuildList
    Unami/Unami_Info: Unami_Info
    Unami/Unami_Note: Unami_Note
    Unami/Unami_Panel: Unami_Panel
    Unami/Unami_Sync: Unami_Sync

What is wrong with that ?

Well it does help, but there's got to be something I don't understand.

    Here is my .pkgmeta
    move-folders:
    Unami: Unami
    Unami_Backup: Unami_Backup
    Unami_FriendList: Unami_FriendList
    Unami_Fu: Unami_Fu
    Unami_GuildList: Unami_GuildList
    Unami_Info: Unami_Info
    Unami_Note: Unami_Note
    Unami_Panel: Unami_Panel
    Unami_Sync: Unami_Sync

It put all of them in a directory call unami. I want all these files to be in the root of Blizzard Addons folder since they are modules. They are all in my root of my repository already. I would like to make the auto packaging work and not have to do it myself...

Right now the zip file is for exemple
    zip\Unami\Unami_Friendlist

    I want it to be
    zip\Unami_Friendlist

I also tried in the .pkgmeta stuff like
    move-folders:
    Unami\Unami_Note: Unami_Note
    Unami\Unami_Panel: Unami_Panel

    Thanks for the help

Well first, I have an issue with folders.
When the mod get install it create a folder hierarchy like this.

    Interface\Addons\unami\unami_fu
    Interface\Addons\unami\unami_note
    etc.

    I need them to be
    Interface\Addons\unami_fu
    Interface\Addons\unami_note

The repository doesn't have this extra folder.
How it I remove it ?

    This is my repository
    http://hg.curseforge.net/wow/unami/mainline

Also, I wanted to create a Beta version and it didn't work. In the tag I had a version number with more like
    "Unami v0.1 Beta"
and it was consider as Alpha. I created a Release package instead and got this problem.

    Thanks for any help.

Yeah I got no news from him. I have a working version without any bugs popping up. A minor problem on tooltip and tracker. I want to try to upload it but I need the authorization. Trying to have it but the new author is not giving any news.
