I'm looking forward to testing this on my hunter tonight.

Just noticed that there is no TrapWatch module in RBM2 (yet). The one in RBM was actually one of the fully functional parts of RBM in 3.0 and I hope the functionality gets included in RBM2. If I recall correctly, the traps differ from just cooldowns and debuffs in that you also have a duration of the trap (pre trapping) and the debuff (someone being trapped) might be tracked in a different way, I'm not sure.

Nov 7, 2008I just want to bump a bug I've had for a few weeks now and that forced me to turn off chatter. I have a window with 5 tabs, the default "General, Combat Log and 3 other specialty tabs. Whenever I switch away from the General tab I CANNOT SWITCH BACK. I can switch fine between any of the other 4 tabs but can never switch back to the general tab. This happens even with ONLY Chatter running. Has anyone else seen this issue?Posted in: General AddOns
--- Figured it out ---
I was running the latest version on WowInterface. Downloading the latest version from curse solved the problem. It would be great if the WowI version could be kept up to date (their updater is very basic but at least it works :-)
Oct 30, 2008Posted in: Raid AddOnsQuote from KamerilThanks Nirek.
When I started fixing a few things I decided I wanted to go back and rectify a couple design issues that RBM faced. So it may be a week or two before I'm ready to push that out.
The sooner you have something for us to test, the better... I miss RBM :-)
Oct 30, 2008Posted in: General AddOnsQuote from Netroxoh yea, i forgot the OmniCC option and that it overlaps the button ;)
Makes me wonder... could we have the option to display the name below the button when the number is on the button? That would alleviate the need for the tooltip.
Also (this might be in), can we have an option to sort buttons in alphabetical order. Right now I think they are in the order created with an option to reorder based on time remaining. I'd like to have all my c/d's in the same order all the time so that it's easy to find them (I actually end up looking down on my bar to check the OmniCC numbers at times even though I have the CDB).

As for the possess bar, correct me if I'm wrong but it is ONLY an issue for those that make bars shorter than X buttons (x being the number needed for the possessed functions). Since you're still reusing Blizzards buttons/bars it seems to me that one approach (that I'm not sure how to do in an elegant way) would be to allow multiple dominos bars to be combine for the possess bar with a simple ordered overflow. For the possess bar you'd specify either:
1) The first bar to be used and have dominos automatically overflow into the next bar.
2) Assign a priority order of bars to be used for the possess bar with Dominos using as many as needed.
Lets say that you use 1 button bars like a previous poster does. If he specifies that bar 4 would be his possess bar and we're using option 1, a 4 button possess bar would be using bar 4,5,6 and 7.
Oct 26, 2008_ForgeUser153922 posted a message on Hourglass - A lightweight oCD/CooldownTimers2 improved remake.Posted in: General AddOnsQuote from BritishThanks for the tip, I will try that.
I'm using CDT3 since the patch hit, but I'm missing the emphasing feature (if that's even the correct name).
CDT3??!!! Where did you find that? I've tried CDT2 but it isn't working. I prefer CDT2 to Hourglass/heatsink since I'd like to be able to filter what I show.
Oct 20, 2008I just had to disable Chatter yesterday since I could no longer switch to my "main" chat tab (I have 5 tabs in my chat window). I could click on it but wouldn't switch. Running without Chatter that problem went away.Posted in: General AddOns
Oct 18, 2008Posted in: Data Broker AddOnsQuote from the_simsHi.
Got a small problem with ButtonBin, i can't move one plugin to Bin#1 to an other.
I couldn't find an option in "/buttonbin config" to assign plugin to a specific Bin (just enable or disable it) so I had to move it with my mouse.
But the plugins disapears when i release the mouse button
When i open ButtonBin.lua, i got "["bin"] = 2," for every plugin I moved but they definitely don't show.
Bin#1 and Bin#2 are configured the same.
Any idea to solve my problem  SOrry for my poor english :p
If you make the buttons moveable (one of the two "lock" options in the BB config) you can then simply drag the buttons to the bin of your choice. If they don't move (i.e. they jump back to their original position when you release), just try again. Drag it onto the BB icon and release.
Oct 17, 2008Right now it seems like the Cooldown part of RBM works pretty well (probably missing some c/d's but it's a start), Trap watch is also functional (I think). The de/buff module is not working at all (it shows up but the values are funky etc etc).Posted in: Raid AddOns
Oct 16, 2008Posted in: General AddOnsQuote from YdrisselleI've just downloaded an updated FishermansFriend - although I didn't test it yet.
Where did you find it? The version on Curse and WowInt is still 75536 which is the old, non-functioning one.
