Would it be possible to add a feature to post-remove parts of addons?
With many addons being modular these days, there are some components of some packages I always remove. Not all addons let you disable the modules, they have you remove them to disable them.
One in particular I'm having difficulty with, is the Auctioneer suite. I've tried setting a number of the "related" modules to "ignore", but they keep getting re-installed on updates.
Initially I though of requesting a way to have this really flagged as ignore, but after further thought, a way of identifying files/directories that should be always removed after an update seemed more flexible, since there are other addons that aren't so cleanly delineated, and being able to specifically choose files/dirs to remove would help.
Automaton comes to mind. Being able to remove the individual .lua's for modules I don't want would be nice.
Anyone know of any Ace'd versions of these addons? As a warlock, I found TellParse extremely handy for healthstone handouts, everyone knew to just send me tells, and I could see the Q of who remained, along with easy trading.
I think re-creating these might be difficult with the changes to targeting, but there's some amazingly talented and creative folks here. I know ShardAce re-added healthstone trading, so it's not impossible.
