    Here's how autobar looks like with CyCircled. Looks b0rk3n.

    But whats this? Hexagonal Buttons? Why yes! I made them today.

    Nicely Meshed.

    Here's the code for CyCircled\Skins.lua
    	["Hex"] = {
    		["icon"] 	= { w=26, h=25, dl="BACKGROUND" },
    		["overlay"] = { w=43, h=43, tex="Interface\\AddOns\\cyCircled\\textures\\hex0", },
    		["equip"] 	= { w=46, h=46, tex="Interface\\AddOns\\cyCircled\\textures\\hex0", },
    		["flash"]	= { w=30, h=30, tex="Interface\\AddOns\\cyCircled\\textures\\overlayred", a=.6, },
    		["cooldown"]= { w=36, h=36, fl=2, s=.7, },
    		["hotkey"]	= { x=2, y=11, dl="OVERLAY", },
    		["count"]	= { x=10, y=-8, dl="OVERLAY", },
    		["bagicon"]	= { w=26, h=25, x=6, y=-6, },
    		["autocast"]= { w=30, h=30, fl=2, },
    		["autocastable"]= { w=57, h=62, },

    		["NormalTexture"] 		= { w=1, h=1, x=4, y=-4, r="CENTER", rp="TOPLEFT", }, -- this texture needs to be hidden, but setalpha is not possible as it's overritten
    		["HighlightTexture"] 	= { w=43, h=43, tex="Interface\\AddOns\\cyCircled\\textures\\hex0", bm="BLEND", },
    		["PushedTexture"] 		= { w=46, h=46, tex="Interface\\AddOns\\cyCircled\\textures\\hex1", bm="BLEND", dl="BACKGROUND", },
    		["CheckedTexture"]		= { w=46, h=46, tex="Interface\\AddOns\\cyCircled\\textures\\hex1", bm="BLEND", dl="BACKGROUND", },
    	},

    I haven't bothered to do the AutoCast textures. I got sick of trying to do any precise geometery in Photoshop.

    hex0 and hex1 are in the attached textures.rar.
    Enjoy :)

    Very nice xlevus!! Looks great, hopefully we will see it in future Cycircled versions.

    posted a message on FuBar Plugins Update request
    (Sorry to drag and old topic up but I waited for a response) I sent an PM to Warloxx on Curse more than a week ago regarding this and he has yet to get back to me, but also has not logged in since I think December 18th. So it would be safe to assume that he has abandoned the project rabbit :(. Not sure about the rules of modding though hehe. So I think that means you can go ahead with updating it yourself rabbit? *giggles*

    Great work grennon, and good to hear some of the MailTo features might be implimented into Gmail2. :D
    Any chance of adding chat messages and logs to the new Gmail2 as well? (Would be great to get rid of MailTo Next completely when Gmail2 comes out :D) Pictures of said feature are still up on the first MailTo on curse found here: http://wow.curse-gaming.com/en/files/details/1073/mailto/

    I seem to be getting the following error with the latest Skinner version (22221) and the Fubar2 icon for Skinner does not show till I move another item on the correlating Fubar bar. Wondering if this could be potentially a Fubar error?

    posted a message on GMail (A CT_MailMod Replacement)
    Quote from Kaelten »

    As far as an official response here I go.

    Cide came in to the ace channel shortly after I woke up the other day and demanded that we remove the mod from the svn. I spent a good while looking at the code trying to determine if they where copies or similar work, only so many ways to do something, and I was unable to figure out a good argument that it was just a similar interface.

    So for the good of the community as a whole I deleted the files on the then current revision of the svn, and as a result the link to the files was removed from the files/index.html and the descript.ion file that WAU uses.

    I fully believe its possible to rewrite this, better than it was before, with a complete new code set. After I get some more work done on KC_Items I'll probably be contributing to the new code.

    Besides, I use gMail in real life why not in wow too? :)

    I think that perhaps the right thing was done now as well. I checked the code as well (Shortly after my earlier post) and found the same similarity as Malreth. Which got me feeling that perhaps Cide might have had a little reason to be upset.:( And made it hard to come up with a defense. :P
    But I am very glad to hear Kaelten say that he might help with the new coding to Gmail. And in a way he is right, I mean a ground up rewrite might just be a stroke of fate that likely would not have happened if Cide hadn't asked for Gmail's removal. Plus KC_Items was a godsend to Auctioneer users, so a new Gmail can only be a coding improvement.

    posted a message on GMail (A CT_MailMod Replacement)
    Well, this is just to bad. Thanks for the hard work in the past grennon. I will continue to use this mod as long as I can. As like many others I finally got rid of CT Mod and I refuse to go back to it heh.
    So hopefully someone will come up with something that takes CT Mail mod off its high horse... or at least take them down a notch and fill the void in my Addons folder that was Gmail. *shakes fist at CT Mod team*
    And I was just hoping to ask you if you could include something similar to the old MailTo mod (That is in the old 1.12 graveyard http://wow.curse-gaming.com/en/files/details/1073/mailto/). As the lovely little chat messages were great when receiving lots of AH mail and its adding my alts to a drop down list in the send tab for easier mailing. :( So much loss lately.

    I made the following change on my install to "fix" this.

    Change line 346 of core.lua . . .

    From:
    Code:
    _G[id]:CreateTexture(id.."Overlay", "OVERLAY")

    To:
    Code:
    _G[id]:CreateTexture(id.."Overlay", "ARTWORK")

    This puts the theorycraft text above the circle. On mouseover, the circle is back on top, on mouseout, the text on top.

    There is probably a much better way to do this, but it does work like this.

    Thanks for the quick fix thc :D. Tried it out and it worked as stated. :) Hopefully it will get a permanent change back in a future build.

    posted a message on Chances of anyone working on AuctionLink (Or similar)? :\
    I apologize if this is the wrong place to ask but I tend to use the AH a lot, like many I am sure heh. So I use an addon called AuctionLink (http://www.curse-gaming.com/en/wow/addons-4511-1-auctionlink.html) which allows you to search for items in the AH by shift-clicking them. Much easier when it comes to entering the long named items in.
    Recently the author Aced it (Which was great), but there were quite a few issues and errors plaguing the Aced version. But sadly the author lost interest and didn't put it up http://www.wowace.com/files/. :(
    My hope is that someone might be able to continue the work, or even suggest an Aced addon that does the same feature. Any help would be very much appreciated. :)

    I fucking hate hints. I never put them in my plugins.

    Hint: If you can't figure out how to use this plugin, uninstall it and leave me alone!

    XD lol And I agree this would be a nice option.

    I seem to be having an issue with cyCircled since r17850 today. It seems that TheoryCraft's (http://www.curse-gaming.com/en/wow/addons-3031-1-theorycraft.html) function to add damage and heal amounts to a button was cut off in this version by the buttons border. Previous versions like r17181 still seem to be fine however.
    Here are some pictures to illustrate the problem.
    Pre r17850

    After r17850

    Hopefully this is an easy fix. :) Because I love this addon hehe.

    I'm also having errors with the Cartographer now that Cartographer_InstanceNotes was added (Which seems to be disabling Ace2 addons like other users have noted). The version of Cartographer I am using is 17495.
