I'm having a problem with pitbull cast bars. They work fine, however if the mob or player has started casting the spell before I target them, the cast bar will not show.
Is it somehow possible to minimize the padding between unit frames? In a 25 man raid group, I would like them all to stand in one long list from top to bottom, but the big space between each group member makes it impossible with my current settings. I don't need there to be any padding between them at all.
The idea of this addon is great, and buffing will surely be easier, but the thing I dont like about it is that its a very long list of names, like extra unit frames, which I already have with PitBull, and I dont have much screen estate left at all. So I would like to make some suggestions:
Make it semi-intelligent. Only show me the "critical" people on the interesting list, e.g. those where there is less than 15 minutes remaining on the buff (usually the max of a boss fight). It could also be extended in raid groups, such that it figured out if a *whole group* had a buff expiring on them, such that in this situation it would be best to use the corresponding 60 minute group buff and not the 30 minute single buff.
After installing Prat I have the problem that my chat window is getting resized randomly. I can resize it back to its old size, but then after a while it gets resized.
I have been suggesting that it is some other addon than Prat doing it, but I cannot figure out which one (or conclude that Prat isnt the problem).
Prat doesn't actually resize the windows for you, it just changes the maximum width & height that the chat windows can be. What addons do you have that affect frames? Also, and this is a bit of a long shot, but your chat-cache.wtf file isn't read-only, is it?
It resizes even when I disable ChatFrames module in Prat.
Chat-cache.wtf is both read and write.
What mod would be messing with my frames? I got plenty installed, but mostly Ace ones.
I am pretty new to Prat, so excuse me if I completely misunderstood something here.
The height of my chat frame keeps resetting. I unlock the window on general tab and resize it, but after a while (random), it resets back to the previous height.
Bug report: I am in a full raid group (say 10) and showing the raid frames. I have class colored health bars turned on. When the raid leader moves people around in the groups, the names gets changed correctly but the class color is stil the old class. So if a druid is at spot 1 and a mage is at spot 6, and they get switched, I now have a orange colored mage and a blue colored druid.
The only way I have find to come around it is to either do /reloadui or to disable that frame and enable it again.
Thank you for PitBull! It is an excellent mod for me as a priest.
One issue, it seems that the "Weakened Soul" debuff when casting Power Word: Shield does not show up as a debuff, or gets filtered away in some way. Is it me illusioning, or is a bug?
Make sure you don't have filter option on for buffs/debuffs as this shows only castable/curable buffs.
That makes sense. However, Weakened Soul is still a debuff which is terrible important to see for a priest. Oh well, seems like I must turn the filter off.

I hope it was clear enough to understand.

I assume you're using Pitbull for unit frames.
How do you move the cast bar out of the player's unit frame?
