    I disagree. Either I missed some important customizations with the new combatlog or it's still far inferior to what Unilog was capable of.

    What I can do with the new combatlog is define a filter that - say only shows all my spellcasts or incoming damage of some type. I can't make it filter specifically for my Aimed Shots or check who Shock Vortexed me on our last Council wipe.

    In short the default combatlog offers some default filters to check or uncheck but doesn't allow to filter for literally any single ability by name. Also the interface is much more complicated than the intuitive excel-autofilter-like one of Unilog.

    Also please correct me if I am wrong, but from what I've seen of the wow API it seems like it's possible for AddOns to access older combatlog messages without having to save them in its own tables via CombatLogSetCurrentEntry and CombatLogGetCurrentEntry. I didn't have the time to look into it myself so far and I´m somewhat lacking the expertise to do GUIs (with or without ACE), but from a first glance it does look very doable but I guess I may have missed something important or someone else would have done such an AddOn long ago. ;)

    Sorry to necro this topic but just like the original poster I´m interested in an addon that works like sws-unilog did. Does anyone know of or is someone interested in coding one?
    Also I assume the reason why unilog was part of and required the sws damage meter is that most of the data it had to save to an table was the same. Keeping this in mind it´s propably really wasteful to have one of those in addition to a damage meter. Wouldn´t it be feasible to code and recount (or similar damage meter) module for this purpose?

    Thanks for the quick reply. I already did post in that EJ thread, I just wanted to also ask here if there was a configuration option in place I just missed. As this does't seem to be the case - consider this a suggestion to Nymbia for a future WotLK version of Quartz. :)

    I'm using Quartz in the WotLK beta and so far it works really fine after I downloaded a new buff.lua from this thread at the EJ forum. Now there's one diffrence in behavior between that version and the one on live. If I turn on debuffs on my target on life it only shows those I cast myself - that is if I as a hunter cast a Hunter's Mark it's shown as a bar if on the other hand that other druid in my raid casts a Faery Fire there is no bar. Even if another hunter in my raid casts Hunter's Mark it's not shown as a bar (supposedly because Quartz doesn't have any duration information about it). This changed with WotLK and I assume it's because the client gives more feedback on debuff durations not because of the changed buff.lua.
    Which leads me to my question. Even though it's a good change in principle, getting every single debuff on my target I'm loosing track of those I really care about - those I can cast and I'm responsible for. Is it possible to even now configure/change Quartz to only show my own debuffs or better only those I can cast (meaning I can also see that other hunter's Hunter's Mark) or even better filter them via black-/whitelist (meaning I can monitor a select few other debuffs I'm interested in)?

    Any help is appreciated and my apoligies if this question/request has been answered before - I admit didn't read all the 70 pages of this thread.

    Would it be possible to enable logging by bosses instead of instances too? I'm using WWS and searching and splitting the log for my boss kills/tries is really annoying (for the client version that is). Now with logging only enabled at the bosses themselves I'd propably still have to split my logs manually, but it'd be much more convenient to do so.
    Tracking when you engage a mob is gotta be possible somehow, as other addons (namely bossmods like BigWiggs) also do it.

    I wonder if it?s possible to set the maximum of the PitBull threatbar to something diffrent than 100%. As a ranged damage dealer I can go quite a bit over 100% without running in danger of grabbing aggro.
    Can I do this by just changing the Tag?

    Great, thanks again for all the hints - now with the addition of the macro it's almost the same functionality as with my old RDX window. Only thing I'm still missing is the exclusion of players currently out of my buffing range. Kind of annoying to have a big buff reminding window in the middle of the screen while I'm in Shattrath and the rest of the group is already waiting at the instance entrance in netherstorm (or the other way round). Is there another option I'm missing to accomplish that with CorkFu in its current state?

    Well if I put it in a more noticable spot it?s propably gonna annoy me when I don?t need it (eg everyone is buffed).
    The nice thing about my RDX solution was that it
    a) Was very noticable when I needed it
    b) easy to use to buff the people in need and
    c) unobtrusive when I didn?t need it anymore
    Tbh I prefer XRS over FuBar_CorkFu as it satisfies at least two of the above conditions.

    I tried FuBar_CorkFu now, but it only showing which buffs are missing in a pretty unobtrusive way isn?t really helping that much. I still have to deliberately look at my foobar to see if I have to buff someone.
    I?m missing that big eye-catching window in the middle of the screen that tells me "My MotW just run out, please buff me now!" while also giving me the means to just that and make it disappear again.

    I'd like to see a feature to show a list of the various mobs on whose threatlist you are and how your threat relates to the others on that mobs threatlist. This would help immensly for multitanking where you don?t want to switch thru every single mob to see your threatlevel.

    Imp. Righteous Fury doesn's seem to be calculated correctly. I've been testing it with our Raid Prot Pala yesterday (me beeing Hunter). She accumulated some threat than I did some Auto Shots on our target to see when I'd get aggro. I usually did at around 260%. Once I've even been able to get to 286% of her threat without grabbing aggro as you can see on my screenshot.
    She said it's propably got something to do with (Imp.) Holy Shield too, but I can't really confirm or deny if that's the case though. We didn't run any more sophisticated tests checking this specifically.
