Removes the skinning on the original UI correctly, otherwise no visual changes and no options available.

Have you tried Swatter from the Auctioneer package? Since it doesn't use Ace, it might work.
Oh didn't consider that, didn't work too well though :( Worked alright but couldn't find the gui or minimap button for Swatter. It did however write to the LUA file correctly in SV.
This one seems to work though: http://www.wowinterface.com/downloads/info9825-BaudErrorFrameFanUpdateforWotLK.html

Does it save the errors neatly somewhere, for a session at least? I find it easier collecting errors at one time just before login :)

Since the new patch all Ace2 mods aren't working. Ace3 mods are still working
Same here, sadly that included BugSack. Can any one think of any other LUA error logging addon based on Ace3 (or else working for that matter)? Would make reporting back to authors so much easier <.<

Can you try collect the combat log line for this and PM it to me so I can prepare the code? Use /combatlog to enable its storage into the logs/ folder. Thanks!
Yepps, I'll go get myself killed and resurrected before logging :p

I'm not sure if this request is consistent with the restrictions on being in the beta but as I don't have beta access (yet) I'm looking for people who have tried Recount in the beta and can send me bugsacks if they did encounter bugs. Again this only if it's consistent with the restrictions on being in the beta.
Logged in with Recount and Bugsack (only). No login errors, at first glance, damage and healing recorded fine. I'll post in the Recount thread or PM you if I find something out of character as I go along.

AzCastbar (config broken, fix on live and copy files)
BEQL (tosses an error at load up, but works on basic functions afterwards)
SLDataText (some modules not functioning properly, but no errors)
TipTac (config broken, fix on live and copy files)
Anyone need testing, just poke me in a PM. 'Tis be a good opportunity to give back a tidbit to authors if anyone is in need of some help :)

Yet another indistinct pixel font with a non-matching chat font. :(
Although I find pixel fonts a great space saver and very readable as a highlighting font, I find it equally terrible for a full mass of text. But I do agree that the one I have right now might not be the prettiest one you could find. Any suggestions on a good san-serif type which could work better? :)
[Edit] Just as a side note, in this case the pixel fonts aren't really a fashion statement, rather a necessity. 1280x800 resolution on a 12" screen really sucks for regular font readability imo >.>

Jul 14, 2008Trying to redo my UI for my new MacBook; meaning having to dump a lot of add-ons to prevent my small-shiny-but-oh-so-gaming-unfriendly-sexeh-laptop from burning up.Posted in: General Chat
Nothing truly unique (bunch of inspiration from alot of places). Some aligning stuff left to do, but getting there. Two different approaches on unit frame placement atm, haven't decided which I like the best yet.
Addons: AzCastBar, Bartender3, Butsu, Chattr, Chippu, ClassTimer, cyCircled (with Caith's skin), eePanels2, Grid, MSBT, MiniChat, Oglow, Pitbull, RB, SBF, SharedMedia, SLDatatext, TipTac, pMap.

Thoughts? I think you linked to the Druid twice. You still owe us the Mage pow! ;)
Anyways, looks nice and quite lean. But I really won't ever see how people can like pixel fonts. I grew up with VC20 and C64, and I really never want to be able to see pixels again. ^ ^
*gasp* Big screenie for Mage PoW fixed!
And yeah, was also a tad uncertain about the pix fonts, it kinda limits the sizes you can use as they are usually manufactured for one size only. I found that it works pretty well in some sense, and Parrot treats them nicely, even when the crits blow up big in your face ;)
Jan 21, 2008Started feeling "bloated" with mine, borrowed some panels and Pitbull layouts from Ocularis original UI. Always wanted to test a pixy font. The result:Posted in: General Chat
