You want something...basic...that auto-scrolls the chat frames to the bottom after a set amount of time, check out Tekkub's TheLowDown.

The default time at which the chat frames auto-scroll to the bottom is 20 seconds. You can modify this by (yes) opening TheLowDown.lua in a text editor, searching for "local delay" and replacing the "20" with a bigger or smaller number.

And Funky, yes, Sticky.lua finally works properly now. Can finally (finally) get rid of the year old Caeryn's StickyChat :).

Exactly what I was looking for. Thanks ;P

i just tryed this out and for some reason the sticky for officer chat isn't working yet its set to "true" in the lua :(

Has anyone else had trouble with the sticky.lua? It doesn't seem to be working for me. (Thank you much for this extremely small footprint chatmod)

note: say and guild seem to work.

I agree with you on the smite, but I would REALLY appreciate an option to tag the divine wrath debuff - with raidwarning and raid icon. It would make the fight much easier.

This spell does not apply a debuff and there is really zero need for any sort of warning about it. Malande spams it constantly, usually just on the person tanking her.

Only the Malande's Divine Wrath and Veras's Deadly Poison leave debuffs. BigWigs already warns about Deadly Poison, because it will quickly be followed by Envenom.

I personally don't think you need to warn about Divine Wrath, but that's just my opinion.

Sorry about double posting this - but I did not notice that this thread was more active than the Bigwigs - Black Temple one.

I was wondering if for the Illidari Council fight - that players receiving the following debuffs could have their names raidwarned and marked with an icon.

    Empowered Smite
Inflicts 5,463 to 6,037 holy damage. 2 second casting time. It has infinite range, can be used on anyone in the room, and is cast roughly every 30 seconds.

    Divine Wrath
Consumes an enemy in flames, burning it for 5,000 holy damage and an additional 2,500 fire damage every 2 seconds over 8 seconds. Can be cast on any raid member inside the room.

I was wondering if it was possible for the Illidari Council module - to perhaps mark the player with an icon (as well as raidwarning their name) when they receive the following:

    Empowered Smite
Inflicts 5,463 to 6,037 holy damage. 2 second casting time. It has infinite range, can be used on anyone in the room, and is cast roughly every 30 seconds.

    Divine Wrath
Consumes an enemy in flames, burning it for 5,000 holy damage and an additional 2,500 fire damage every 2 seconds over 8 seconds. Can be cast on any raid member inside the room.

I would attempt to patch this in myself, but I wouldn't know where to start. The development FAQ was helpful though. I can provide a log of the encounter when we get to it this week.
