The borders on the unitframes are indeed from another UI that I forgot the name of (as usual). And we'll see what happens with the debuffs and such when I think of some layout or update of the unitframes...
What do you use for the shadow effect around your screen?
I once had it with kgPanels and ncShadow or so, but yours looks way better imo.

I just use a simple panel via CreateFrame covering the screen with a texture of my own.
The fact it requires to reload the UI for every update, is enough for me to avoid it entirelly, yet even try it. Call me back when WoW supports live updating of remote data (which it never will .. except the /gm frame).
On XP i ran a latancy of about 130-150ms on average. With the same router and ISP running under linux droped to bout 15ms peaking at about 50ms on average.
Tho running Linux/Wine also is sometimes not viable for everyone. :)
Especially not with a SB Audigy card, which I never got working properly :C
I may be wrong but could you use :SetSequenceTime() and look up the sequence using the WoWModelViewer? I'm not sure though because I believe that particle affects are "built" up over time.
Doesn't preview in WoW Model Viewer, at least not for me. But I'll look into ":SetSequenceTime()" for this. And you might be right about particle-effects build up.
The compression takes away some quality, but the empty parts are actually using a model to fill in the color. 'SPELLS\\RedRadiationFog.m2' to be exact. Looks better ingame. But the fact that it's taking some time to appear (fades in, can't do anything about it, it's scripted like that in the spell/model), I'm trying many different models. 'Environments\\Stars\\nexusraid_wormhole.m2' is the funniest so far ;)

Blizzard removed the pet from all EU players, btw. Seems like having a non-combat companion on a different continent is a crime against humanity.
