Nice idea Herio. I have not tried XLoot, but looking at the screenshots I think that would work well.

Auto-looting is now built in to the WoW client as an option. Getting it to work for DE'd items has been hit and miss for me. It seems to loot the first item I DE, then after that only pops up the loot window and I have to click on it. I figured it might be an issue with my setup, so I'm sure and DE'ing mod won't have the issue.

Auto-cast/auto-loot can't be done beyond what the default UI can already do, sorry. A "queue frame" could be done though, but again it wouldn't auto-loot unless teh default UI will auto-loot DEs... which I don't think it does.

Thanks for your response. DE'ing does auto-loot if you have your prefs set to auto-loot, which indicates to me it should be possible to enable it for the mod. I figured as long as you had to give some kind of confirmation or input for each DE you wanted it might work. I was only trying to compare it to what other mods can do with the current API, but not beign a programmer I'm really just guessing.

In any case, I think people would find it quite useful. I'm going to keep shopping the idea around and see if I can get someone interested in trying to make it.

How about a mod to automate the disenchanting process as much as possible? Perhaps let you auto-DE and loot all of the same items in your bag? Maybe just a single click to confirm you want to DE the item, then the mod DE's it, loots it, and selects the next item? The default UI lets you craft items one after another, but I'd love to have a way to DE stuff too without having to click so much. I'm thinking of some kind of queue system, where items could be entered into a window for DE'ing one by one. Maybe it would be like the mass mailing portion of CTMailMod, items could be alt-clicked into the window from your bags, then press a button to confirm each disenchant, then the results would be looted back into your bags and the next item would queue.

It could have options for not allowing certain item levels to be DE'd, like you could set a preference never to allow anything epic or better higher to be DE'd. Perhaps other parameters could be used, like item level as well.

What does everyone think? Anyone know if something like this is even possible? Comments appreciated.

Does this mod bypass the interaction text for places like innkeepers and the bankers in SW? I currently use a mod called AutoSelect (http://ui.worldofwar.net/ui.php?id=1438) that does auto turn-ins, selects BG queues for you, and bypasses innkeeper and banker chatter. What it does not do is select between the 5 or 1 AV turn-ins for things like Storm Crystals to the druids. It also is no longer being supported by the author and I'm afraid it will break on some upcoming patch.

Titan Panel does actually have a "Disable Screen Adjust" option. I tried disabling it but still got the same problem.

Ah you're right, didn't know that's what it was for. Yep, just disabled it and still the same issue.

I have suggested to the author of DetachedMiniButtons that he contact you and see how it and SMM can play together.

I've also found that to get my minimap to snap back to its position, all I have to do is right click on it and attempt to select any menu item. It's 100% repeatable.

Unfortunately, Titan Panel does not have any option not to allow checking for movement of the minimap, only for the cast bar.

Yep, I'm having the same issues as koalachan. I use DetachedMiniButtons as well, so to get SMM to play nice with it and let me move the Blizz UI buttons (mail, BG queue, tracking, etc.) I have to turn off the lockdown feature. However, doing so causes the minimap to jump back to the top center of the screen after every login and zone in. Using the lock/unlock feature will snap it back to where I want it, but I have to do it every time.

The size of the border when using the thin square (light) skin is not large enough to cover the edges of the map on the right and bottom sides. In other words, the map extends past the border by a few pixels on those edges. The thin square (dark) border does not have this issue.

When i create a panel and logout the panel just disappears. I do not want to remove all the addons and install eepanels first. Can anyone tell me what is the problem, i did try choosing all profiles still the same problem.

Are you using Bongos as well? One user at ui.worldofwar.net said he found Bongos was causing eePanels to disappear, and I use Bongos and have seen this as well. I can't confirm it's a Bongos conflict issue, only that I've also had it occur.

posted a message on cyCircled - Circled buttons for more than just BT2
I have noticed a couple of issues and I also have two feature requests. First issue is that I'd like to turn off CyCircled for TrinketMenu, but unchecking the options for it in CC does nothing. I'm basically unable to modify the CC aspects of TrinketMenu in any way. I have my trinkets laid out horizontally, so it also seems to have misaligned the buttons vertically, they are not at the same vertical position now. The buttons are also separated further than I would like. Is there any way to simply disable CC for TrinketMenu?

Second is a minor one. On my system the tooltip for CyCircled minimap button shows the name twice, like this:

    CyCircled
    CyCircled

My first feature request is to add another skin for Glossy with a much thinner square frame for the button. I love the look of the square buttons, but I've found that with a screen full of them, the borders can be quite dominating to the eye.

Second would be the ability to skin the bag bar, as you can with Bartender3

Edit: I can also confirm that CyCircled no longer skins the class bar with the latest version of Bongos.
Edit 2: I figured out the issue with TrinketMenu. Have to uncheck the options for it in CyCircled and reload the UI. Doesn't work dynamically like it does with Bongos, Bartender3, etc.

Bongos must have been my issue too with using reload. Logging out and in is fine, the panels stay just like they should.

Might be time for me to dump Bongos and try Bartender3 or TrinityBars

I'll let you know if I figure out any consistent pattern with the profile issue. Oh, just to clarify...I realize part of my issue is not understanding how the Profile part of Ace works. I see that I can choose by character, class, realm or default, but I don't understand how to save or load one. When I try to choose a profile to load, say one I think was saved by character name, I can use the "Copy from" feature, but clicking on the radio button does nothing, and it doesn't seem to select anything. It only changes the color of the radio button if my cursor is on it. I find other non-Ace mods to be fairly intuitive in this regard, in which you can save and load other profiles quite easily. I realize this is a bit beyond the scope of support for eePanels, but if you could give me a hint or point me in the direction of a general Ace tutorial from an end user perspective, I would greatly appreciate it. I'm also happy to ask the question in the forums in general if you think that is better.

Thanks for the fast update on checking fields for incorrect formatting. I'm usually more careful, but it's good to check for screwups.

I noticed eePanels is not listed in the AddOn directory here, only eeMon is. Is it waiting for a Wiki web page for it to be created first?

I have the minimap set into the lower right, an I'm noticing the coordinate numbers are showing up on top of other items like my bags, and didn't see any way to set their layer to move them to the background. Is there currently any way to do that?

Also, I have the map border skin set to thin square (light), which has rounded corners. Looks great except that the background frame is an exact square with pointed corners, and they show beyond the edges of the rounded sections. Any way to fix that?

Great mod by the way, I really like it.

Well after the third attempt, it is saving the profile for me, so perhaps I just wasn't setting it up correctly the first two times. After deleting the SavedVariables for eePanels I started over, and this time I started by choosing my character's name as a profile from the get go instead of using Default. I do know what one of the earlier times I reloaded the UI and it removed all my panels, but I simply took that as a no-no before logging out first to save settings.

One error I did run into was accidently typing "/bob" into one of the panel dimension fields (a slash command for Bongos, which I'm also using), and it gave an error, destroyed the entire panel I was working on, and left only the number for the panel in Panel Settings. However, that panel number no longer had any submenus for it and was essentially impossible to delete. I think I could have removed it with a slash command, but I didn't find that until later. That was when I decided to start from scratch. I'll be happy for try that again so I can give you the exact error if you like. Perhaps allowing only numbers in those fields would make it more Gomer-proof?

Also, is there a way to get the minimap button for eePanels back in case I accidently remove it using the menu? Couldn't find that option in the slash commands either.

    Thanks for your time. :)
