sorry had my video card die, so lae responses here.

Ive got working tank frames in langoustine right now, that show the raid tanks and private tanks (w/ target and tot) im working on some sorting display cleanups as i get time over the holiday weekend.

Don't mean to derail this thread, but I didn't see a langoustine thread of its own.

Anyway, it seems like langoustine is shaping to up to be exactly what I want/need. I could careless about durability checks, resists, and all that other fluff since I've been raiding with my core set of friends for years now, and we know each other enough we don't need all those other checks and balances heh.

Thanks for the reply, I'll play around with it more today and see if I can get it working.

Is there a way yet to distinguish your own HoTs from the same HoT applied by someone else? Also is there currently a way for the HoTs to display countdown text instead of just a square that flashes when its about to expire?

I know Grid2 isn't ready for release yet, but I have been playing around with it some just to test things out...and I really think its coming along nicely.

I'm curious how you add HoT's manually though, and specifically if its possible to track just my Lifebloom as opposed to anyone's Lifebloom.

I entered the name Lifebloom under Status > Buffs, and then tried to enable it on the appropriate indicator but that seemed to do nothing.

I'm obviously doing something wrong when entering in spell names, or not using the right format.

Anyway, I'm really looking forward to the release of Grid2, but I wish there was some more documentation about how to customize it because I would like testing it out during my free time :)

posted a message on Prat 3.0 Chat Mod Framework
I have a question about Prat. I've been using Chatter for quite some time, but while I was bored one day I decided to play around with Prat to compare the 2. Anyway, Prat seems to use slightly less resources, and gets updated more frequently, but its missing a small feature I miss from Chatter.

In Chatter, under the Player Names option module, there is a setting for "Emphasis Self In Messages". So basically whenever someone says my name in chat, it highlights my name by class color and puts brackets around it.

This option is really handy because I'm on Vent the majority of the time, and this gets my attention if someone is typing something to me in game. Its also nice when people spam Healing/Damage meters because u can quickly see where you fall because your name is colored with brackets. Also handy when people spam the Failboat addon of everyone who fails at Sarth or whatever else you can see right away if you did or didn't fail.

Anyway, just curious if this option is already in Prat and I'm over looking it, or if its not perhaps its something that could be added.

I was also wondering, are the timers only suppose to update while in combat? I notice on my DK I usually cast Horn of Winter out of combat before a pull, and it will not display properly until I enter combat, and then it shows up just fine. I wasn't sure if this was an intended feature, or a bug.

Also with Frost Fever, it doesn't always update the timer when I recast it. I can't reproduce it consistently and it seems pretty random, but maybe one out of 5 casts of Frost Fever doesn't refresh the timer correctly.

*edit* Just noticed on a training dummy that Blood Plague timer isn't always updating either, it doesn't happen a lot, but its not isolated to Frost Fever.

posted a message on Inline Aura - display aura information inside action buttons
Sorry for the double post, but I'm not sure if you prefer tickets posted for bugs or post them here on the forum...

I'm getting a bug with my Icy Touch and Plague Strike attacks on my DK (that apply the diseases Frost Fever and Blood Plague).

I've got the options set up so I only want MY debuffs and buffs displayed (i.e highlighted or whatever you call it).

But for some reason, both Icy Touch and Plague Strike highlight yellow when someone else casts them on the target mob, and change back to red highlighting when I cast my own spells on the mob. The highlighting also changes back to yellow after my debuffs wear off if someone else also has the mob debuffed.

I posted a ticket for a bug that occurs with Horn of Winter. For whatever reason, InlineAura always displays 2m remaining when I cast Horn of Winter, even though I have it glyphed and it actually lasts 3m.

Just briefly tested out the new version with the DK fixes. Loving it so far, this is what I've been waiting for ever since I made my DK and since I've been a long time fan of Dominos and OmniCC!

Will get to test it more thoroughly in a raiding environment Tuesday to see if any bugs appear, but so far its working great and exactly what I've been looking for!

jexxlc, I have plan for this. Hunters' trap debuffs are not named like the traps so I added a built-in alias system to handle them. I will add these two DK spells to it.

That is very good news, as I've mentioned this DK bug to Tuller many times which I don't think he plans on fixing.

Quick question, is this meant as a replacement for Dominos_Buff? I assume you wouldn't use this and Dominos_Buff at the same time because it appears InlineAura does everything and more than Dominos_Buff currently does (since I currently use Dominos_Buff).

However, it looks like this plays nicely with OmniCC (which I also use), and they both provide slightly different features on things they track countdowns for.

Sorry if that sounds confusing, I just don't want to double up on addons that basically do the exact same thing, because that would just be a waste of memory IMO.

The highlighting does not work for Death Knights currently. Its the same problem that exists in OmniCC/Dominos_Buff unfortunately.

Plague Strike applies the Disease Blood Plague, and Icy Touch applies the Disease Frost Fever.

Because the debuff name is different than the spell's name, it seems to make it harder to track and therefor the spells on your bars don't get the redish highlight/outline, hopefully there is a way to make this addon work for Death Knight's 2 primary attacks!

Other than that, very nice addon so far.

posted a message on Battleground Queue times?
That first error that I posted a ticket for and mentioned on the forums, I accidentally figured out what causes it.

Strangely enough, I've been playing with my UI and I had been using DBM, but I decided to give BigWigs a try. Well as it turned out, for some reason that fixed the original error I had for BattlegroundFu and I thought maybe it was something I had done or just over looked.

Long story short, BigWigs is missing some key features I need while raiding, so I tried to go back to DBM then all of a sudden BattlegroundFu started throwing errors nonstop again.

After trial and error for quite some time, I narrowed it down to LibBabble-Zone-3.0. I can now remove BigWigs, but if I make a copy of that folder and just drop in my addons folder...then BattlegroundFu works properly...if I don't then it throws errors nonstop.

Funny thing is, LIbBabble-Zone-3.0 is included in the lib folder of BattlegroundFu, so I'm not sure why I need it in my regular addon folder as well. I don't know the mechanics of libs or how they work, but I'm guessing LibBabble-Zone isn't loading properly or fast enough or whatever before BattlegroundFu is loaded up.

Alright, I downloaded the latest Battlegroundfu from here, cleaned out my saved variables of alot of my old addons, and I don't seem to be receiving that error anymore. Maybe it was just something on my end.

The queue times for multiple BG's now display properly, however I did receive this error today in Warsong Gulch. I wasn't able to reproduce it, and it only occurred once, and its somehow related to BattlegroundFu:

The other small bug I'm experiencing is the minimap icon randomly re-appears even though I have the option checked to hide it. When it appears, I can open up the BattlegroundFu options and uncheck, then re check it and it hides again...but only lasts a short while until it appears again. Doesn't throw any error message when it does this however.

posted a message on Battleground Queue times?
I've been trying to find a decent replacement for Battlegroundfu for awhile now, as it seems to no longer be maintained. Basically, I am mainly looking for a plugin that displays the Battleground queue times, and several of the other features are nice from Battlegroundfu as well.

I found Broker_Battlegroundfu on here, but it bugs out on me and doesn't work at all and I've posted the bug reports to LordFarlander, but I haven't had any responses and/or fixes posted, so I'm not even sure if that addon is still being worked on.

Anything else that's a good Battlegroundfu replacement for Broker?
