I should make it clear from the start that this community has a low tolerance for people who pose questions the way you have, you might have seen threads like this before and noticed a rude response or no response at all.
Ah general rule on forums is that important things like FAQ, rules and guidelines, contact info etc are to be found in stickies. Those threads are sticky so you can easely find them. Everybody expects that you have read and are aware of them.
Now the location of something like an IRC server would be one of those tipical sticky topics. And we can speculate that this is related to the community in general. So we go to our community board. and WHAT do we see. IRC - what where and how
We do expect people to be able to find these things on their own, we dont exactly hide them.
