Possible to add option to show tracking?
Also, is there any way you can add option to include weapon buffs in main buff display? I don't really like having to show this in a different area than main buffs.

May 10, 2008I'm still having the problem with the button pop-ups staying also. Switching the padding to 3 helped alot, but it's still there and most often showing in the midst of combat as my mouse moves over my AutoBar.Posted in: General AddOns
The problem was really bad for me even at padding of 3 using the old included DreamLayOut style as well as the ButtonFacade DreamLayOut. Other ButtonFacade styles seem to do it far less, I'm currently using LiteStep.
My scaling is currently 0.9 but the problem existed even at 1.0 (had to scale the bar down after setting the padding at 3 to make it fit in my UI space)
Feb 21, 2008Okay, updated and the problem with coordinates not showing until I toggled them off/back on has been fixed, thank you!Posted in: Map/Minimap AddOns
However, latest version I'm using (rev 62404) now has new options for the location text/bar. Text color is configurable, but stays the same regardless of zone. Anyway we can have the old style of text coloration (blue for friendly zone, red for enemy zone, and yellow for contested)? Having text for all zones show as yellow is just odd from what I'm used to.

Args... my fault. Having no experience with playing a paladin I accidentally picked the wrong spell. Will fix this tomorrow, removing Righteous Fury and adding Righteous Defense and Avenging Shield.
Sweet! Thanks. Though I should mention that I listed the wrong spell in my request just fyi. It should be Avenger's Shield.

I've had this installed for a few days now (Paladin tank) and either I've not had a taunt resisted, or it isn't working right for paladins... I'll go with the "I haven't had a taunt resisted" mindset, I think. :)
I've noticed the same thing. Glancing at the Lua file, I think it's because the wrong ability is being looked for. Righteous Fury is the ability listed in the file, when this is our static aggro buff. To look for resisted paladin taunts, it should be looking for Righteous Defense.
On the subject of paladin tanks, could support for broadcasting misses for Avenger's Shield be added? I've found this tends to get silly dps'ers ganked more often then not, when they fail to notice a mob gets missed by this on the initial pull.
Jun 23, 2007Ever since r41134, I've noticed an odd offset now for my paladin stancebar. Using default 1.0 scale, and sticky bars enabled, it doesn't sit on top of the rest of my bars like it used to.Posted in: General AddOns
If I unlock the bars, you can see that the stance bar seemes to be sized differently that the bar layout outline:
My Warlock's pet bar has all the same settings and placement, and it's not showing this same problem.

Yeah, I did like the concept. What if "new" things were tracked, but just not enabled by default. Then, when it was convenient for a player, he/she could look through the list and just check which ones he/she would like to enable and leave the rest unchecked?
Similar to how it worked before, but with the default to do nothing unless explicitly checked?
what do you guys think of this idea?
All I want ClassTimer to do is track the combat abilities I use for my class (combat buffs on myself/friendly targets, debuffs on targets/focus). It's doing that just fine right now, with the nice option to add your own trinket buff timers if you choose. I have no interest in this mod tracking every buff/effect/debuff that occurs...I use ElkBuffBars for that. In short, I like the simple focus that this mod has (or had, previous to yesterday)
Jun 20, 2007I had the same issues as Jayblah playing my paladin, none of my Seals or Light's Grace showing up. I'm not sure if any of these issues were present for my warlock, as I just reverted back to r40724, and I'll probably just stick with that.Posted in: General AddOns
Jun 9, 2007Very nice.Posted in: General AddOns
One thing I thought seems to be not working correctly. I have so many enchants, I unchecked them all, then went thru and checked the ones people would be interested in. Then I reviewed my tailoring tab, and all my patterns were unchecked. I clicked Check All for tailoring and this re-checked all for my enchanting list also.
Jun 1, 2007Turning off display of some buffs isn't saving after log-out.Posted in: General AddOns
On my paladin, I only want to use ClassTimer to display my short buffs/combat abilities. So I turn off almost all my Blessings and Righteous Fury from the Niagara menu, but every time I log back in they are re-enabled.

I remember reading something a while back that this has to do with Mark of the Wild and Gift of the Wild having the same icon. Which, if that is the case should be fixed for mark soon enough. As for the food I'm not sure that it will change since a lot of food buffs seem to use the same icons. Of course I could totally be wrong. The only real fix for this I can think of is to be able to disable the saving of buff times between reload sessions.
Aye, I'd really like to see the option of turning off the saving of the buff times. The timer display problems between single and group buffs is the only reason I'm still using the original ElkbuffBar.

The problems with Aloft killing other addons was an AceEvent library error, not something specific to Aloft.
It should be fixed with r33238 or later as detailed in http://www.wowace.com/forums/index.php?topic=5738.20
At this time, Aloft 33285 exists, so you should be using that version or later.
Still getting errors with TrinketMenu, even with latest version of Aloft (v33307). I've already updated all my Ace add-ons to replace the bad AceEvent, so that's not the problem. TrinketMenu works fine when I disable Aloft. Errors:

Also when I get a mark of the wild it seems to think the max time is 60 mins instead of the 30 wich is the real deal.
I've seen this same thing with Greater and normal Blessings. After having Greater Blessing of Wisdom up, buffing the normal version still seems to think it's 15 minute max. Seems to be a problem with differentiating the 2 different buffs in it's caching of them?
