Is there any chance to have a Incoming-heal support in PitBull ?

From what I've seen, PitBull already supports this.

Could you please tell me how to "activate" it ? I am running the last PitBull and it doesn't seems to appear (or maybe I just miss it).
I am talking about "other healers incoming heal" not mine :) (wich I have already set up)

Lasts omen updates are complitey broken for French client too :(

The last running version I had are :

Omen r838701
Threat1.0 r 38732

those worked (ie without any critical bugs)

Now I don't have any icon on the Fubar Plug-in, the omen frame doesen't show. The menu is complietely "strange" : with no "border" and doesn't respond to the mouse. And I get some error too with the translation in the ThreatLib :)

This is a must-have for the healers : something like this

/------------------\
Name - Class - lvl
|xxxxxxx0000.......| => health bar
|xxxxxxxxxxxxxx....| => power bar
\------------------/

Where xxxxxxx is the current mana/health
and 00000 is the health that's "incoming" on the target. Not by me, but by all the other healer.
We don't need to know who is healing and how much. It would just display in the bar the Sum of all recorded incoming heal without taking into account who cast and when the heal comes.

+ (while I am here :p )
Have an option to "limit" the overheal bar currently it does something like this :

/------------------\
Name - Class - lvl
|xxxxxxxxxxxxx000000000000000
xxxxxxxxxxxxxx....
\------------------/

Where 0000 is my incoming heal. I would like to be able to have something like this :

if small overheal (less than a selected amount in % or absolute)
/------------------\
Name - Class - lvl
xxxxxxxxxxxxx00000
xxxxxxxxxxxxxx....
\------------------/

if high overheal (more than this amount)
/------------------\
Name - Class - lvl
xxxxxxxxxxxxx88888
xxxxxxxxxxxxxx....
\------------------/

and the diference between 0000 and 8888 is obviouly the color !

For a perfect mix of "other poeple incoming heal" and "my incoming heal" it gives somethig quite clear to me :

/------------------\
Name - Class - lvl
xxxxx00000088888..
xxxxxxxxxxxxxx....
\------------------/

0000 = other poeple incoming heal
8888 = my incoming heal.

Unfortunately

/ace profile doesn't do anything : it's not a valid option. But this is the idea

posted a message on Profile managment add-on ?
I have noticed that a lot of ace add-on provide a way to save the current configuration thanks to a "profile" system.

Since my UI is neerly 100% aced, I was wondering if it was possible to have all aced add-on save their configuration in a Specific profile let's call it "Profile 1".

It would be really nice to be able to register several different profiles : Profile 2,3,4...

And to quickswap them : I don't need the same UI in a 25 raid group than while farming : as a holy priest I will mostly use heals in the raid and I need PitBull to be efficient at showing me who I have to heal or decurse (wich is quite well done).
But in PvP I will ask mainly for the ennemy cast-bar, and so on. My needs aren't the same.

I would be really cool to be able to save 1 profile per use : Raid 25 // Raid 10 // Group // Solo // PvP
And globally change to configuration ;)

It's hard to explain it, expecially in English ;) . To summerize : I am able to save each add-on configuration "separately" trought to profile system. I would like to do it "Globally".

Is it possible ? :)

Thanks in advance

posted a message on Quartz: Modular Casting Bar
Would it be possible to get a Overheal % estimator and, why not to change de bar's color in function of this number, I lucked into doing this with ecasting bar but something broke. I can provide a screenshot tough : http://img241.imageshack.us/img241/4139/snowuiqw6.jpg

The purpose is juste to have a clear look at the overhealing we are about to commit

I must admit that I didn't know this mod^^

In a way, yes, that's it.

1) Estimate the overheal percent of the current spell
2) Display it in a clean and size fixed bar :)

posted a message on OverHeal monitor
It's just (another) add-on request specially designed for the healers.

Every time a heal spell is launched the add-on would :
1) Register its target
2) Get the average life point given by the spell with the different bonnuses (use ItemBonusLib maybe) if no crit
3) 4 or 5 time/sec : do this mathematic operation :
( [life point given]-[missing life of the target] ) * 100 / [life point given] = [overheal percent]

if there is a function to consider negative numbers as 0, the value [overheal percent] would indicate wich part of the spell goes into overhealing (and so is a waste of mana).

Let's go for an example : my Flash Heal gives an average of 1247 HP. I cast it on a tank who's missing 1027 HP

( [1247]-[1027] )*100 / [1247] = 17.64 % of the spell goes into overheal

if 0.5sec later, a renew ticks gives 340HP to my tank => he is "only" missing : 687 hp, my Flash Heal that's still beeing casted (1.5sec of time cast) will do

( [1247]-[687] )*100 / [1247] = 44.9 % of overheal

So if it was possible to show the [overheal percent] in a movable frame it would make the healer's life really easier because it's more accurate and more simple to look at a single number than to look the missing HP and try to estimate the overheal.

A "plus" feature would be to make a "bar" with your fanastic possibilities to size it and to change the texture. Inside the bar you show the number and the bar is filled in function of the overheal (100% => bar full, 0% => bar empty, 50% => bar half-filled)

Well I know it's "selfish" and "easy" to tell jusy "please I got an idea and do it for me", but I have absolutely no coder skills and, I must admit, no time to do it myself.
So, if one of you don't know what to do, or is missing an idea, or want's to make a usefull add-on, well I give him this idea.

Thanks in advance to all the coders that gives us more and more "must-have" features bay after day :)
Keep on the good work guys.

PS: Really sorry for the poor English but I am just a little Belgian student
