    Short answer: no

Longer answer: They have their own .exe based UI module (already there I'm a little bit wary), and requires (as far as I can tell) that you sign up with your credit card to use the data? Also, their TOS explicitly forbids programs from data mining. There's probably something I'm missing, but I don't use it myself, so I'm prioritizing fixing stuff that's already in WUU :P

Ah, didn't know about their TOS (?.?)

Well, they've two versions, one free and the other (pro) for some monthly fee.. I was more thinking of the prior (free) version. :)

I think I have a spare 64-bit computer at work, I'll try installing Ubuntu64 there and see what happens :) I think you're on to something there!

I'm still too choked to have been able to dig any further here. I've too much to do and too little time to do it in :-) (and I also want to play some).

As a side-note: D'you think it'd be possible to include updates for WoWEcon price data in WUU? (http://www.wowecon.com/)

Well, I do have Ubuntu (or, rather, Xubuntu) running in a VirtualBox on Windows here at work - going to try here, just for kicks.

Ok, I use Gnome and had enabled all desktop effects (compiz fusion) and thought that that might have been the root cause of this issue but it was not as I still can't sort that list with all desktop effects disabled. This is really odd.

I've had it working some versions back but I know I then ran the x86 version of Ubuntu and now I reinstalled AMD64 instead. Could that have something to do with everything? (nah?)

EDIT: It may indeed have something to do with amd64 yadayada since:
    # /usr/lib64/python2.5/site-packages/wx-2.8-gtk2-unicode/wx/lib/mixins/listctrl.pyc matches /usr/lib64/python2.5/site-packages/wx-2.8-gtk2-unicode/wx/lib/mixins/listctrl.py
    import wx.lib.mixins.listctrl # precompiled from /usr/lib64/python2.5/site-packages/wx-2.8-gtk2-unicode/wx/lib/mixins/listctrl.pyc

I'm usually coding straight against the trunk, since, well, we're only 2-3 coders, and don't have many conflicts in the code :P I can try to branch out the code and add more debugging spam, yeah, but I think I need to fix a computer with ubuntu I can test it on :)

Ah well, I've started googling some python tutorials.. mayhap I'll find some solution before you've installed Ubuntu ;-) It'd be an easy thing for you if you'd run Linux and then you could've just installed the other OS in VirtualBox :-)

    I'm on Linux Ubuntu 7.10 (Feisty) x86_64, 2.6.2-14-generic kernel.

I've now tried with wx 2.6 without any difference..

Are you updating the trunk or your own "lejordet" branch? Could you update with some more debugging on your side and I'll update it here to see if we can dig this bug out? I've limited coding experience with Python but I'm sure I can help anyhow.

Ok, so I updated to the latest SVN "trunk" (Rev:513) and tried the sort. Nothing happens when I single-clicked the "Directory" button but when I double-clicked it I got the following log. Unfortunately I can't seem to reproduce that particular error log output. Hmmm..

Hey, my first post in these forums and in this thread as well (duh?) :)

I'm slowly starting to understand how this tool works and I'm pleased to see that the development is moving forward with regular updates.

So, I updated to 1.6.511 today and rebuilt all of the addons that I use (some 170ish) and then I find that I can no longer sort the addons list. I click on the "Directory" button (or any of the header buttons) with no apparent effect. It'd be useful to have a sorted list to manually mark "Related" etc.

    (I'm using Python 2.5.1 & wxPython 2.8.4)
