Did you set the buff keybinding the same as your Target Last Target keybinding in wow? ZOMG will execute the wow binding when it's pressed and it obviously is not allowed to execute anything that's a protected function, so this may be the case.

Thanks, that was it! Strange that it caused issues on one of my toons and not on any of the other ones. :)

Is anything known regarding issues with other addons? I've got a lot of addons and I've tried turning them off (in overlap) to figure out which is giving me the problem, but I keep getting a blocked from an action only available to the blizzard UI-error every time I try to use the buff key. :(

One of my alts has no issues with the addon, with exactly the same addons enabled (using the addon-manager addon to create a profile, and loading the profile on my main, so I'm sure it's the same addons). I have also deleted the ZOMGbuffs lua files in my main's folder, but no sigar.

    This is the error message:

Perhaps I have overlooked something, but could you add an option (if it's not already there) with which I can tell the party which icon stands for what? :)

Hey! I've been testing magicmarker now, and it really works great. I have one question though (may have missed it in this thread); are there plans to add export/import functionality of the addon's data? It would save a lot of seperate setup time if I could share the CC-options for mobs with guildies.

    Great thanks man..

Gonna start making the raidsets for my guild now .. Gonna make it all easy breezy

Could you perhaps explain how to use the raid group filters in the dropdown menu? This is really the only untransparant thing to me about AG_unitframes, I'm just not sure what I can fill into the box you get when you use the dropdown menu to make healers/dps/tank groups like there were before :)

Well, the idea wasn't to have a list of *inguild* people with certain recipies, because we have all that really well organised, but smaller guilds like mine sometimes don't have a certain recipe amongst us (mostly faction things), and for those circumstances it's nice to have a place ingame where you can keep eachother informed on people who do have the rare recipies and can be trusted with 200g worth of mats ;)

Omnibus really looks like something I can use, and will be tested amongst my officers :)

posted a message on Shared ingame 'notepad'
    Hey guys,

I'd like to put in an idea for an addon that I've been walking around with for a while - a shared ingame notepad. You see, I've been having difficulties organising events like raids/parties/fun things with GroupCalendar as it requires frequent updating, and people setting it up correctly. It's a pretty big addon now, and I'm really just looking for something simpler.
Next to that, it would be great to have a common place to list out of guild players that are known to have certain trade-skill recipies, or can help the guild out in another way... or people who treated guildies badly and should be avoided.

So in general, a sort of notepad where we can share this kind of stuff, by making/editing lists. Lists that perhaps people with 'edit officer note' possibility can make/edit, and guildies can view. So, in case we organise an event, we can list it, and people can whisper the person who made an entry in the list to get signed up.

I looked at existing addons before, when I was in a "let's see if I can make an addon" phase, but none of them quite does what I'm looking for. :)

posted a message on Looking for new addon, opposite of 'kill on sight' list
    Hey everyone,

Just now my friend informed me ingame that she had been *very* kindly helped by two players. I told her to inform the guys that if they ever wanted help, they could just ask anyone of my guild for assistance.

However, most guildies of mine won't know who these people are. So, what I'm looking for is an addon that makes a global list for the guild that people can maintain together of people who have helped my guildies and deserve some extra friendlyness when anyone sees them around.
A friend of mine has an addon "vanasKOS" (kill on sight) that helps him maintain a list of people he has a grudge against. He doesn't really use it that much anymore because we're on a PvE server, but the general idea is the same. (Except for the list not being shared).

I was thinking it could be based on that KOS addon
    http://ui.worldofwar.net/ui.php?id=2715
And use the same sort of sharing info technique as PlayRate (shares grades you give to players through a special channel, which can also be 'pushed' when you want to retransmit all the grades you gave to all the other users of the playrate addon)
    http://ui.worldofwar.net/ui.php?id=2548

I'm hopeless when it comes to addons and I'm hoping someone here believes in my addon idea and would like to try their hand at it :)

posted a message on ag_UnitFrames - suggestions, requests and temp fixes thread
Pretty it's impossible to search this thread - would help me to make sure I'm not asking a frequently asked (and answered?) question. :) Please don't be offended if I do.

First off, great mod. I love it to bits and I'm sharing the love. ;)
I did find out I'm addicted to Benecast (mainly because it keeps track of the buffs for me in parties and raids). Any idea if you could make your awesomest of ui's compatible with Benecast? (I thought there was some documentation on the worldofwar.net site for developers, but I was mistaken - http://ui.worldofwar.net/ui.php?id=2375 ).

Second question is, I frequently raid with a feral druid as main tank. Any chance we'll be able to manually assign roles to classes? I love the dps/healers/tanks view, but with a less than common setup the tanks become dps and the tank is a healer, if you know what I mean :)

Oh, and a heads up, on the worldofwar.net page the downloadable file seems to be bugged. People are helping eachother get the right (older) version, but I'm sure you want people to download the file right away :)
