    Not sure how you guys are reading it, but to me that implies a broken combat log.
    /shrug

    You're assuming perfect grammar from someone whose first language isn't English. Context implies he's speaking about the system his addon uses to parse the combat log.

    Why not use VanasKoS then? Well.. It seems quite "heavy" and currently buggy and uses 2 custom chat-channels and guild-channel(?) for syncing. And its developer is "gone".

    Yes, this is a great addon with a lot of potential that seems to have suffered from some serious bloat, poor coding, and lack of maintenance. I tried looking at the code awhile ago and my lua is poor, it's all over my head.

    It could really stand to use a revamp.

    VanasKoS causes Routes to not show. Might be a result of their "warning window" that displays targetable names of nearby players, which is a frequent source of taint.

    Also, it could stand to use a less verbose line showing the honor you get when you kill someone. The current implementation is unnecessarily long, and wraps around way too easily.

    ["Kill: %s %s. %d honor gained. Killed %d times today"], rank, name, honor, kills

    could easily be:

    ["%s %s dies, %d honor. %d kills today"], rank, name, honor, kills

    or even

    ["%s: %d pts. (%d%% * %d)"], name, honor, 100 - (kills * 10), honor / ( 1 - (kills / 10) )

    Which'd just be
    "Name: 180 pts. (90% * 200)"

    forgive the fact that I improvised, I don't know lua.

    Not sure if this has been mentioned or not, but I just had an idea for a simple, useful functionality addtion:

    In addtion to Mark Installed Addons, and Unmark all addons, a function to "Invert Installed Addon Markings" would be useful. I doubt that's the best wording, but it would basically invert your selections of installed addons (unmark the marked ones, mark the unmarked ones).

    Where this would come in handy is if you had a few addons you regularly update with externals, you could do those, then invert, and choose to update all the rest of your installed addons without externals.

    Right click to talk to NPC, then use a macro with lines like this. This is what I use to turn stuff in in AV, to turn in stacks of blood (or whatever to summon the elemental) just change the 1 to a 2

    /script SelectGossipAvailableQuest(1)
    /script CompleteQuest()
    /script GetQuestReward()

    There's been general rumors that we will, and I think even slouken's said it's probable... I'm saying what's the holdup? :P

    I'd bet it probably has something to do with the frequency of updates they're patching in. Changing things so often that it'd make supporting a larger pool of people's complaints extremely difficult, they want to keep the signal to noise ratio low until things are more stable.

    Swap Lootlink for Ludwig, Theory craft takes up a good ~8+megs when its loaded, NECB(Cenemycastbar) Is also massive compared to ant/chrono.

    TheoryCraft uses a different amount of memory for everyone, because it calculates and saves AC values for every player and mob you fight, whether you have that option enabled or not. You can strip this from the saved variables file every now & then manually to avoid this problem.

    posted a message on TheoryCraft Ace replacement
    I like the info TC gives me, but it's a resources hog. Since I disabled CTRA it's my largest addon at load time, and anytime my gear changes (a lot as a druid) or my attack power changes (tons with buffs & procs as a fury warrior) it gobbles up a ton of mem & time recalcing how much abilities hit for.

    I think the biggest thing about TC in its current form is that it calculates the AC for every mob/player you fight and stores it. I noticed this and turned off the option that factors mitigation into how hard you hit, but that only removes the calculations from the tooltips, it still saves the data & loads it from savedvariables.

    I know that of all the non-ace2 mods I use, this one is probably most in need of some performance tuning.

    I have the same problem, ChatFrame1 is using huge amounts of memory. The difficulty is in tracking down which mods/libs are the root cause. No luck so far.

    One other piece of functionality that would be great. The ability to export the addon names and descriptions into a flat text file (grouped if that option if selected between installed and not installed).
    That would be wonderful. A simple HTML file with names/links might be nice, but might be a bit much
