I'm not actually the author of Automaton, and the actual author may want to include this, but personally I'd rather not have Automaton running /who queries. I like the simplicity of most of Automaton's modules; they each do one thing simply and well, without a bunch of fluff.
The /who query was already in Automaton - I didn't add that. The module deals with invites by running through a series of tests. Is this member in my guild? Is this member on my Friends list? If not, should I show /who info for them and/or should I decline, with or without a delay? I just added an optional test to the /who info that was already there, which to me seems in line with the purpose of the module.
That said, whether or not it's picked up for the main version isn't much of an issue for me. I found this change useful enough to make, and thought I'd offer it in case others did, too.
