Since patch 2.3 I am having nothing but issues with all of Cartographer's modules.
The older version (r38137) works better then anything that I've tried to update in the past week.
With the new version (updated on ui.worldofwar.net, I cannot verify version number because of the errors) I get the following errors upon login:

I've attempted the following:
Deleting my SavedVariales files
Deleting all of Cartographer's folders and re-extracting (I'm using WinRAR to extract)
Disabling all mods except Cartographer
After all of the above attempts I still get the errors.
I cannot modify Cartographer settings. It doesn't pull anything up. I'm at a loss without Cartographer most of the time, I need to know where to get some mats for my husband's alchemy and without it it's hard to remember.
Any help to get this mod running for me I'd really appreciate it.
Edit: I cleared cache and cookies and attempted to re-extract again and I'm now left with the errors above.
In this version what do the Pet bars look like in this version of Arc? I need to know if I need to save my modded version of the pet bar or not. A screenshot of a characer with a pet showing the archud bars would suffice. Thanks a million.
please note that the tooltip issue is not an AI issue, tooltips work fine when AI is the only mod (which is how its tested).
blizzard significantly changed the way tooltips work so if you have a mod that hasnt been updated properly then the tooltips will either not appear or will flicker constantly.
if you dont believe me, re-enable (main>hidden frames>hide blizzard) the blizzard frames and open the blizzard bags - no tooltips. so when you get it working in there then try AI again.
AI does not touch tooltips that it does not own.
btw, yes i know about the first time opening having the wrong sized background.
Mine works fine with the Blizzard frames. It's only in my Bank and when in edit mode. The other thing is it's not with all of my items, it's sort of random.
Also, to make sure I was covering my bases, I disabled all mods except AI and I still get the Flickering issue.
Edit: This was entered before I updated to 2.10b it's fixed in that version.
I'm updated to the most recent SVN version and I'm having a problem with disappearing tooltips sort of. It's more of flashing tooltips where when you mouseover the item it flashes like you're shaking your mouse over the item and dead space. It happens mostly in the bank, not in the Inventory but when in Edit mode in the Inventory some items do it as well. I hope I'm making sense.

Is it an Ace Mod? If not please stop posting it in other people's Ace threads. If it is then please kindly make an Ace Thread to advertise your mod so people can make a clear decision on it like they do on this thread about helping support it and choosing to use it, then within that post link to your message board.
If it's not an Ace Mod then why are you advertising to those that wish to use an Ace Mod?
I understand you're very proud of your mod but I find it sort of rude and offensive to me, as an end user, to see you post your mod as a replacement for a mod that is being discussed. I can only imagine the developer's point of view on that.
I may have to just use code and try and figure out how to make it for my alts.

I would also think it's really awesome if some of the stuff you can do on some of the classes or if you can choose if the button has a right and left click. Or if it had the function like Totemus for it's menus that your last two clicked are the left and middle click and the right click opens a menu. If those aren't possible don't worry, I'll try to figure out a way to make my own. I'm mostly looking for a mage version of this I only show a Lock version because that's the most accessible/easiest to compare.
I want to BEG for a more Necrosis/Totemus skin!!!! That's why I didn't go with this mod at first but the mod that I preferred, Henge. Unfortunately Henge died and I must look for something new but I love the look! of Necrosis and the like type mods but am dying for it for a Mage and a Hunter and what not. This mod does that but the look makes me want to cross my eyes in horridness.
Unfortunately I tried finding Henge in the AceWiki and it no longer exists. I do not believe it's being supported anymore. What sucks is this one was the kind I was looking for because Sphere looks terrible.
So what advantage does this have over the other one except u can custom add rules and have to type alot of stuff to get things sorted? You could set custom categories before couldnt you. If everything is working fine for me atm , this new version will force me to resort all the categories wont i?
Yes it will require a moderate re-sort. It's a more advanced way to sort for those of us that were unsatisfied with the way the original was sorting. You can now separate things you couldn't originally because it was all based off of PT and not every item is set in PT.
- for example, Large Prismatic Shard is definitely not Blacksmithing type item which it is assigned to, and Primal fire is not Alchemy...
I think that's either a problem with the rules you set up or a problem with periodic table because I do not have a problem with items that I set into a rule for trade goods.
I believe soon even default categories are going to be obsolete as well so there will no longer be default assignments.
This may too much to ask or too hard on the processor but when loading another characters bag or bank while on another character make it look like that characters bag or bank.
I'm interested in this mod because it would make my Addons load a lot faster. I recently became Aced and my WoW installation loads a million times faster. I would love to be able to suggest a Guild Event Manager that is Ace2 to keep this speediness. If it's not in the mix anymore perhaps could I attempt to continue the development. I haven't developed anything before but I would attempt to if that would help this mod come out.
Auto-Refresh is now enabled by default causing a few second lag while tradeskilling simple stuff. Things like Bandages or bolts of cloth cause a 1-2 second lag on completion of making the item.
Edit: Also, the string:

Does not work like specified in the rules page. Holdable works for all off-handers using the equip string.
Updated to today's SVN Beta. The ability to open the menu/move the sphere has become more finite to the point there is only one place and it's on the bottom center of the sphere.
Also, Mages have three armors. Molten Armor, Ice Armor, and Mage Armor not just the two currently available on the sphere.
I downloaded the SVN Zip available from the Wiki page. I don't understand what you mean by Non-external version. Unfortunately for the few of us that aren't Ace developers or wizkids and without the documentation on where or how to download it otherwise.
Also, looking at the Wiki page both Babble-Spell-2.2 and Deformat-2.0 are optional downloads to work with the mod, not required to make it work. I don't mind dependencies, I mind having to download them separately when they should be included.
