    I tried this for "Target", I got put in as you say here, and got [Name] Error... however putting in [Combo] of course removed the Name...

    if i remember right: it's case-sensitive... so [Name] /= [name] ;)

    as you might noticed, this is a thread about ag_unitframes, not about ocb2 ... the thread is big enough even without things not related to the topic.
    to answer your question and avoid further discussions: it's on hold, haste has no time to wok on it in the moment, but it is working all right and without problems for me. there is a thread under "Ace Addons" regarding ocb, that's the place to discuss stuff like that ;)

    I downloaded oCB for Ace1 and copied it into my addons folder. Then, I created the .lua and the .toc which aren't into the folder and copied the texts from the site in the several .lua and .tocs.

    this won't work, because you don't get the libs this way.
    use the zip here: http://matts-hosting.com/addons/root/branches/otravi_CastingBar/
    in the zip are all the branched versions of ocb ... use the one under otravi_castingbar/otravi/ocb and extract all the stuff in a clean folder called ocb ...

    btw: those files aren't txts :P
    ... if you still have questions regarding those things simply drop me a pm, so this thread doesn't get even more cluttered with offtopic stuff ;)

    there is an Ace2 Version of oCB in the branches, works without errors for me.
    for the buffs check Elkbuffbar, really nice looking buffview imo. (i'm using Kergoth's branch in the moment, because there you can add other textures easily, but Elkano is working on a new ace2 version using Candybars)

    why shouldn't this be possible?
    the option to separate player from groupframe is somewhere in the options of the groupframe, and you can scale every frame separately
    just search a bit in the options and you will find everything you need ;) .. except those head on head stuff maybe :P

    this can be easily done by editing one of the layouts, it is really easy even without the slightest knowledge of lua, imo there is no need to be able to change it inGame, we don't want AGUF to become DUF!
