When in the instance "The Oculus" You have to go around on drakes and fight various mobs. Well I noticed that your health and mana change once you get on the drake but X-Perl does not show this change for party members nor does it show when they are loosing health. Is there anyway you can add this function in or is it there is i just need to set the options just right to see this?
Show the pet health of party members.
The same general issue is present for Malygos (phase 3).
Is there a setting to shift the entire raid into a 'possess' view - to show Drake status (in their frames) vs raid member status?
Last evening, I found myself with the delightful 'heal' mode of spamming hots on my drake and AOE Healing those nearby due to my general inability (in a timely fashion) to view other drakes.
Any chance on getting Resto Shaman debuff highlighting fixed? With 3.0.2, we got the ability Cleanse Spirit, which allows us to decurse. When i check "only curable" under global, it only shows poisons and diseases.
Also, i havent seen it do it yet with the newest version as of 7 hours ago, but my player frame has been moving itself up and down. Ive got my player frame above my action bars, with my party frame just above my player frame, witht he party frame anchoring at the bottom. Not sure why its been doing this.
I've experienced these same issues (Player Frame anchoring not saving and the inability to highlight cursed players for cleansing).
xperl 3.01F r228
With that said, XPerl remains an awesome/incredible mod. Thanks for keeping it up to date.
If it matters, I presently have xperl set to save settings per character/profile.
I'm sure I missed it during the 10pages of this thread, but how can I make the Bag minibar invisible? (also for the menu options bar)
Second, with 1.1, I was unable to bind keys. I could enter key binding mode (got the dialogue) and could "unbind" keys using ESCape, but could not bind keys ?? (I use Bongos, so I'm familiar with the binding manner used by Dominos). I actually wasn't able to resolve this (even whacked my keybindings.wtf etc), so I have temporarily reverted use of Dominos.
Finally, just from a conversion note- I had bongos 3 installed and active at the same time while I was configuring Dominos. Not a good plan. They seem to conflict with one another when both are active.
I've looked for an ACE 2 alternative to AutoInvite2 (http://wowui.incgamers.com/?p=mod&m=2213), or even the legacy "Untitled Raid" mod, from back in the day to handle simple raid invites for 25mans.
oRA2 has extensions to invite for keyword or guild rank, but not (for example) a comma separated list.
Are there any such inviting mods out there that I've missed?
Assessment doesn't separate water elementals appropriately (only an issue if there are > 1 per raid); recount 'seems' too.
Recount synch's; Assessment doesn't.
They both gauge dps differently.
Recount seems to have a more direct way to gauge what each person does (eg click on the Person see everything)
Assessment has lots and lots of things that can be tracked.
Of course, the biggest difference may be that Recount doesn't appear to be actively supported.
With release r4570, however, I noticed a couple of things regarding unnamed pets in Magtheridon's Lair: we had 2 Frost Mages in the raid (1 of which had recount).
Tthe good news is that Recount now attempts to split Mage Water Elementals by "owner" (e.g. you can see (merged), a Water Elemental attributed to each Mage).
The bad news is that the mod now also under reports the damage each Elemental does. Moreover, as best I can tell, it managed this under-reporting by only reporting/attributing the damage the Water Elemental did for the "last/most recent summoning".
E.G. For the kill, it attributed 1 mage with (~)11000points to the Water Elemental and for the other Mage (~)5000points to the Water Elemental. Both Mages lived the entire fight, and summoned the Elemental consistently (probably 4-5x).
On the upside, I'm pretty confident that if the values can be retained for 'each summoning', the unnamed pet totals will be completely accurate.

Using r231 resolved the player frame movement issue.
Thanks!

Here here! Definitely waiting on this! (and a great branch to the main mod, btw, thank you)

Yes. Dominos (Bongos 3 successor?) does as well.

And thanks also for the note on hiding bars.
Dominos has replaced Bongos- what a great mod!
