Those of you with these "phantom bars" on your target frames - do you happen to have the Bar Fader module enabled on the affected frames? If so, can you try disabling it for a little while to see if the problem goes away?
Yes. In the options for the player frame, under Other->Auras, you can enable/disable your buffs, debuffs, and weapon buffs individually. Similar options exist for all other frames.
The "in combat" red highlighting is actually indicating that you have aggro. It's provided by the Banzai module, which you can disable if you want to get rid of this highlighting.
That's a weak argument, considering that Chinchilla already has movers that are technically out of scope for a minimap addon >.>
Only one. And that's because there are no other addons that have movers for it. There are *plenty* of buff addons, and it's out of scope for Chinchilla to "assume" the user is using Blizz default buffs and needs a minimap addon to move them.
Shamans also had significant changes to their buffs/debuffs. The aura filters will be updated closer to WotLK release (once the spells are no longer constantly changing). In the meantime you can either disable the aura module or, if you're willing to get your hands dirty, try and manually edit the filter list.
In other words, we know about the issue, and don't need any more reports of "me too" unless you can provide more information about when/how it happens or what may be causing it. We have not been able to reproduce the issue ourselves.
It's Ace2. Nobody's likely to fix it because nobody cares, especially with such an obscure issue. Now, if the problem still exists in Ace3, they might want to look into it...but in that case you should probably post it over in the Ace3 section (or better yet, on Jira).
I hate that "smooth scrolling" bullshit. I test out the mousewheel at Best Buy, if it doesn't "click" I won't buy it.
Smooth scrolling is really handy for some things (scrolling through EULAs, anyone?) - I like my Logitech MX Revolution which can switch between clicky and smooth either manually by middle-clicking or automatically when you scroll faster than a certain speed. I set the threshold fairly high so that I don't accidentally trigger it, but that way I still have the smooth scroll capability when I really do want it.
The fact that I also have 13 different buttons which can all be programmed to do whatever I feel like just a bonus, if a really nice one for WoW. :P
Just FYI, Pitbull is bugged for rogues in WOTLK beta. Both for energy ticks and for combo points.
Works perfectly for my 78 DK though.
Wasn't sure where to report these issues.
The combo points should be working now - Shefki made a few changes to make that code WotLK-compatible (though I believe he was testing on a druid in cat form, it should be the same for rogues). Can you describe the "bugged" behavior in more detail?

It certainly is; in fact that's the default behavior. Once you disable Banzai you'll see it.

Long answer: Only if you want to code it yourself, e.g. writing a PitBull module to do that.
