QuestGivers module is on my list of addons I'd like to see, but AFAIK no one is currently working on it (at least not me).
I could write a simple QuestGivers module, which would create note for each NPC with quest gossip, but that would create many almost useless notes...
I'd like it to have these features: list of available quests; (optional) hiding of trivial quests; hiding of completed quest. The last feature would need to track your questing progress and save it to SV... Another problem is you cannot get the new QuestID without accepting the quest first and it would have to track quests based on title/objectives/... :(

Actionbar in unitframe gets replaced with my Cast bar, if I cast ofcourse.
Changed my resolution (well not at .64 anymore) making the character screen/bags and some stuf bigger, more readable.
Ditched some addons I guess, using more of Haste and Tekkub, even p3lim ;)
My Unit Frames should be smaller.
