Narg, if you answered this already then feel free to disregard this, but do you have an eta on when the bagbar will be coming? Starting to miss my advanced bags >_<

Second (or infinity, this is a long thread) the request to be able to change bags and bank bags easily. Is this planned implementation? Right now i'm using a combo of Arkinventory and Baggins, which is a mess. I may go back to OneBank to handle bank space and Baggins for general inv. management.

try disabling everything but the cartographer suite... me thinks that it's a broken hook chain

Update on this: I disabled everything and new nodes were recorded.

I haven't been able to test which mod is the culprit (mostly because it takes an active node and I can't resist just grabbing the herb/mineral and running, heh) nut I suspect it's Archud2.

More on this as I test it out.

I haven't tried that. I will do so tonight.

What could conflict? Other Cart modules? TradeskillInfo?

posted a message on Cartographer Herb/Mining: Still no new nodes recording
I know this was an issue brought up a while ago but I never saw any resolution and the problem persists with the latest builds.

Is there a fix I don't know about?

If not, is there an ETA on when/if this will get looked at?

Just to clarify, no bugs are being picked up by bugsack, all of the modules are loaded and enabled, and all the filters are turned on.

edit: Oh and I'm using the Rock version Cartographer. Is that the problem? Should I rollback to Cart1 as I've seen some people do?

posted a message on Cartographer Data rollback possible?
Well i guess I'm screwed. The .bak file is 1kb big and contains only 4 notes from Eversong woods. And I'm Alliance on this server. Not sure what that's all about.

Anyway, does anyone have any ideas how to determine if notes made in the herbalism lua file were made with Cartographer or with Gatherer? Just trying to suss out ways to rollback my SV without resorting to the last backup I made.

posted a message on Cartographer Data rollback possible?
I had a problem with Cartographer and in part of troubleshooting the problem I deleted all my cartographer addons and reinstalled them, with the addition of Cartographer Data. Now, because of this module, I seem to have EVERY herbalism node ever recorded ever by every toon ever. It worked flawlessly, but without my knowledge. I should have read the description better, that's my fault. Now I am stuck with a map completely peppered with herb nodes.

While this completeness is laudable, I feel that, for me, it is overkill. I like only recording and displaying nodes which I personally have harvested. Is there anyway to backtrack my SavedVariables so that my personal record is back? I had successfully imported my notes from Gatherer going back to Nov. 2004 and I'd hate to have it all overwritten by one mistake.

I only have ran Cartographer Data on one of my toons. Is it possible to excise that chars saved variables and then reimport other toons node info? Any ideas on how to rollback?

posted a message on Cartographer Issues
At the risk of defending what is on its way to a flame war, I had the same problem as Civrock and the OP.

None of my herbalism or mining nodes were being recorded and/or shown on the map. That's it. No errors were throwing. Even after several updates with WAU.

I deleted all cartographer addons and reinstalled them but I can't confirm whether I am recording new nodes because of a separate issue.

I love sanity. Easy listing of items in my inventory. Easy search ability.

But it seems the addon needs a major overhaul. Anyone willing to go to town on this puppy?

Search all of Xloot.lua looking for "LootButton_OnModifiedClick" and change all occurrences to "LootButton_OnClick".

I can confirm this fix works.

posted a message on CowTip - a tooltip addon - Official Topic
Not sure if this is where bugreports go, but I can't seem to track down this error message. I have reinstalled cowtip and libRock numerous times. Any help on this would be deeply appreciated:

    [2007/09/18 18:25:16-731-x1]: LibRock-1.0-50761 (CowTip):2233: attempt to index local 'addon' (a string value)

And cowtip is not functional. I do love the addon over any other tooltip mod.

I also get this error with MoveFrames. Don't know if the two are related:

posted a message on ClearFont and ClearFont2 - Official thread
I've used clearfont forever. It's a good mod. But I don't like any of the bold/italic fonts. I use Perspective Sans and have always manually edited the mod so that the italic and bold versions were never used. The problem with this solution is that everytime I run the Wowaceupdater, my changes are overwritten and I have to manually change them again.

I usually just dont update Clearfont but that is getting a little tedious as i usually update daily. Is there a way around this, either by editing clearfont or by getting wowaceupdater to always ignore clearfont?

posted a message on UI hiding when openning world map
Is there an option, perhaps in Look N Feel, where we can disable the hiding of the UI when Cartographer is scaled down?

I often keep mine at 80% scale, so that I can see around the map. But now, by default, Cartographer hides the ui when the map is open.

Thanks guys, I hope I did you mod authors some justice.

I like the Escapist too, for the very reasons you mentioned Wobin. Their graphic style is pretty smart, blending good artwork with almost magazine style columns. I'm glad they don't focus on reviews or new games, but rather concentrate on games as a lifestyle/philosophy.
