    I'll try to branch squishy this weekend to add the option to ignore classses (ignore only, no modifying the of values). i'll also see about the growing up thing :)

    something I've thought about is making this a more generic library that watches for all spells. send all spell cast information (for spells with a cast time or channeled) then have the addons register for only certain spells. this'll open the library to be used by more mods, something like Arcane Party Bars.

    I'm all for it. That said, I'd like to see some discussion on the actual fomat of the library (data storage and interfacing) so that we can make it as good as possible :)

    Will I use it? I'm not sure. HealWatch is close to a 1.0 release so I doubt it'll be in there. But maybe HealWatch 2.0 will use it...time will tell :)

    So, I decided to combine some mods into 1. The first mod is HealthHistory (here (ui.worldofwar.net)) and the second is CombatGraph (again ui.worldofwar.net). It still needs a lot of work but it's to a point where it is usable.

    It allows you to track the DTPS/HTPS (damage TO and healing TO per second). You can show a graph and or 2 statusbars to display the information. The target's name and percentage of health are on the status bars.

    The graph displays the health percentage, HTPS (in blue), DTPS (in black) of the player.

    You have an option to show decaying values which will reproduce the look of CombatGraph (which I like more so I made it default :-P).

    Right click on the statusBars to display a menu full of all the options. To summarize: you can display information from the last 1,3,5,10,15 seconds calculated every 0.1,0.125,0.25,0.5,1 seconds.

    It is available on the SVN under Borked_Monitor. Give me some feedback! There are quite a few bugs I'm sure but I want to know what others think about this. Thanks :-)

    i don't think we should have to code the library against malicious coders ;-) we just need to educate them not to modify any of the objects except to add their own data beneath their addon 'signature' or something like that :)

    what do you mean? you can hook all the ways to target a unit:

    SpellTargetUnit
    SpellStartCasting, TargetUnit
    TargetByName
    UseAction
    OnMouseDown (world frame targetting)
    you could return some special variable if it were a group spell
    same for AoE spells

    or would that not work?
