    Is there an option to switch off syncronization? What bothers me (and many of my guildmates insist it's a problem) is that Recount does send sync info during the fight. It would be nice to have "switch sync off" option, or, even better, "sync after combat".

    Don't know if it was said already, but Romulo's buffs are on 20 sec cooldown. (Julianne does it randomly)

    Fixed prices is the reason I cannot use it in my guild. We have only minimal prices on items, and highest bidder wins. (I don't get how people agree to have fixed prices and give everything to guys with higher amounts, but this thread is about something else) Is there some addon/plugin that does it?

    Nef counter performance was somewhat sporadic yesterday (updated before the raid from SVN). Couldn't see any counter frames, got only one RW message about 16 blue and 10 green being killed. :|

    ic, my problem was I didn't expect it to be soo flexible in regards of configuration and come with no predefined config.

    Feedback:

    1) Would be nice to see a hint that you have to add everything to it yourself first time you run the addon.
    2) Would be nice to have option to exclude guys that are in the raid but in different zone/out of range from the "needs buff" list.

    yes for my self and maybe i should but i got used to onebag and my way of sorting inside it so why bother to try to adapt to something else if i have a choice that im using for many months here? oh i know why, so author can make YOU happy and lets not forget you are only one here that is complaning that things should be in OneMOD and other people are perfectly happy with current "modular" version...


    Honestly I would say rather you are in minority. Regarding what author has to do, reread the first post. =) Regarding splitting addons for guys that are used using comsumables in a weird way, I can only smile.

    1) the embedded libs are not included in OneRing or OneBank, nor are redundant libs stored in OneView that are already in OneBag. I can reliably assume that any lib in OneBag is going to be available for the other modules, so they aren't included in them.     This means most addons depend on OneBag addon which is not clear when you just look at their names. It is more like you have:
    OneBag
    OneBag_Ring (only some texture?)
    OneBag_Bank (very small piece of code)
    OneBag_View (some storage per character related code, name was somewhat misleading)

    This was actually the main source of my problems (there was also OneStorage to make me wonder what's all that about).



    2) The fact that OneBank doesn't load until you actually visit your bank means you waste no memory usage on it if you don't go to the bank. So thats another optimization.


    Do you mean it would be much more difficult/impossible to load its functionality only when user actually goes to the bank, if it weren't a separate addon?

    3) The frame objects that must be created to show your inventory/bank aren't crated unless they are needed. So if you have all 4 slot bag you use less memory than someone who has all 16 slot bags. Same is true for bank slots and the slots in OneView. They are also not created until show, so until you want to see the slots they aren't created.


    This, however, has nothing to do with OneBag being a separate addon.

    4) The code that runs OneBank is about 95% identical to OneBag's so thats why I reduced redundancy and made it share the same code base. However several people are only interested in the bag view so I don't require that both be present and therefore waste resources for the guy who's going to only use OneBag. So the modularization is a feature.

    I've even had people request that I make it so they can only have the Bank module and not the bag module, I've considered this and it may make its way into OneBag3 :)


    I find it weird, to be honest, as if one likes "one bag" concept, he likes it regardless ow what he is looking at, bank or character inventory. Which makes me wonder about motivation of those who want it independent addon. But if we talk only about memory, there is again no need to create any bag frames, if user has diabled that feature in options. (I really want to hear motivation of guys requestion it)

    Heh, so OneBag3 will basically mean moving bag functionality into yet another embed lib, that will be embedded into OneBag/OneBank addons, because a few percent of end users want to use it in a weird way...

    More feedback:

    1) AceUpdater will be used as an easy tool to install/update addons, no matter how many times you write "beta" or even "alfa", using big flashing red letters in wiki. There is just no comfortabler way to quckly navigate through hundreds of addons and find/update/install needed one.
    2) Would be nice if ace2 addon names would become less cryptic and at the very least if short descriptions would really provide info about what addon does.
    3) It is sometimes difficult to understand if some addon is an addon or just library. Why not have prefixes for libraries? Say "Lib" or better "_Lib"?
    4) Would be nice to have a link to wiki page of addon in AceUpdater (now there is only changelog).
    5) Maybe user should have right to decide to which group addon really belongs. Now it's a mess and if some developers didn't care much about that (most don't) you end up in hard to navigate deuce commander menus and have to remember that acebuffs is "others" while "healorganizer" is interface improvement.
