The pitbull frames display both positive and negative buffs for me and my targets; is it possible to remove both the buffs and debuffs from my frame, leave them on the team, raid and target frames.

I've been playing around with the pitbull frames for a while now, and i'm wondering.

Out of combat, my health is green.
In combat my health is red, is it at all possible to make the health stay green when entering combat and slowly turn red as i loose health?

Also neutral monster health is set as defualt yellow, is there a way to make that change to red upon entering combat with me?

I have some additional questions, is it possible to make the background of the target frame grey instead of black for mobs that are of a level where they give no xp?

Is it at all possible to change the way if the monster is rare or elite is displayed? perhaps something visual, like blizzards dragons?

I've been playing around with the in-game settings and I'm a hopeless coder so i dare not fiddle with that.. yet.

I was trying to make something similar to the Blizzard Default bars although i'm having a little problem, is there a way to force display ALL available bars so that i can position them? and is there a way i can force them to align to a certain distance from the edge of my screen?
[By 'force them to align to a certain distance from the edge' i mean is there a numerical value that i can edit somewhere that will place the frames the exact same distance apart; say 100 pixels from the top & 50 pixels from the side, because at the moment i am stuck moving them with my mouse.]

I've also been playing with the Grid in-game settings, but have yet to test out what I've got setup at the moment.
