    This code will get you fairly decent looking chatframes and chatframetabs. May need to be modified and/or adjusted, of course. It requires two functions that create frames. Also, it doesn't attempt to remove the normal chatframe background, so it isn't really working perfectly.

    function oSkin:ChatFrames()
    	for i=1,7 do
    		self:removeRegions(_G["ChatFrame"..i.."Tab"], {1, 2, 3})
    		self:createTab(_G["ChatFrame"..i.."Tab"])
    		self:createCF(_G["ChatFrame"..i])
    	end
    end

    function oSkin:createTab(parent)
    	oct = CreateFrame("frame", nil, parent)
    	oct:SetFrameStrata("BACKGROUND")
    	oct:SetFrameLevel(0)
    	oct:ClearAllPoints()
    	oct:SetPoint("TOPLEFT", parent, "TOPLEFT", 0, -9)
    	oct:SetPoint("TOPRIGHT", parent, "TOPRIGHT", 0, -9)
    	oct:SetPoint("BOTTOMLEFT", parent, "BOTTOMLEFT", 0, -6)
    	oct:SetPoint("BOTTOMRIGHT", parent, "BOTTOMRIGHT", 0, -6)
    	self:applySkin(oct)
    end

    function oSkin:createCF(parent)
    	ocf = CreateFrame("frame", nil, parent)
    	ocf:SetFrameStrata("BACKGROUND")
    	ocf:SetFrameLevel(0)
    	ocf:ClearAllPoints()
    	ocf:SetPoint("TOPLEFT", parent, "TOPLEFT", -4, 4)
    	ocf:SetPoint("TOPRIGHT", parent, "TOPRIGHT", 4, 4)
    	ocf:SetPoint("BOTTOMLEFT", parent, "BOTTOMLEFT", -4, -8)
    	ocf:SetPoint("BOTTOMRIGHT", parent, "BOTTOMRIGHT", 4, -8)
    	self:applySkin(ocf)
    end

    In my own custom UI addon, which works in a fashion similar to oSkin, I ended up having to create frames for each chatframe and each chatframe tab, parent them out to the appropriate tab, then set their position using SetPoint.

    In other news... It would be nice to have a built-in option to get normally sized group loot frames back (since on my display, they're unreadably tiny) and the strata or level of the tabs on most of the screens needs to be changed, as they're currently appearing hidden behind unitframes.

    The tabs on the character panel appear below my ag_UF party frames. Makes it kinda hard to use them if I'm in a party.

    I'm not sure exactly how oCD works, but I assume you could just put all your macro'd spells on an invisible action bar and then oCD should catch the cooldowns for them. This is pretty easy to do with Bongos.

    Excellent! No hurries... It's a minor issue in a great little addon.

    On my EavesDrop, the gradient textures at the top and bottom extend beyond the width of the frame by a handful of pixels on both sides. I'm using the smallest line size... Doesn't seem to be an issue if you're using larger line sizes.

    The ideas given so far all seem pretty solid... Only thing I'd add is that my raid had a couple of warriors with Piercing Howl and most of the kiters broke out their +speed boots and +speed enchants. I don't really know how useful that stuff is, since I always played a druid and spent the entire Razor fight looking between the eyeballs of a very upset, snoozing dragon. :)

    I believe options to change the colors of the bars were recently added, at least according to the Ace CIA.

    As far as I've seen, it's purely for aesthetic purposes. Personally, I think it's an awesome idea and I'm watching with interest. If it eventually changes the basic look of everything in the game, the possiblity arrises that one could grab it, change it however one wants, and make the entire UI match... It's not a huge deal, but for those of us who are a bit obsessive about our UIs, it's a neat idea.

    That's a neat approach. I switched from my handlers to those and, except a little rewrite on the AverageValue function, it worked perfectly. Thanks again!

    I believe the reason you're having trouble setting fonts is that the font stuff is localized... You'll need to put in the path to your font without the L in front, or add the font path into the localization files.

    I have no ag_UF frames of any kind... No errors either. Just... Nothing...

    Lookin' good... Only issues I've seen are that some of the stuff appears to be off-center (like the death notices.) I have the line height turned waaaay down and the number of lines at 10, if that makes any difference.

    Only option I'd still like to see is something to change the width of the frame. Then it'd be about perfect.

    Much thanks to you both... I'm sticking with tables for now because they're easier for me to pull whole sets of data out of... But that Math(tm) stuff is neat and may indeed be useful. :)
