    The threat % can be larger than 100%. You can test this with your pet. Let it have the aggro lead and slowly catch up. The total bar and your pet will show 100% while you can go above 100%. Only when you take aggro will you get 100% and the whole thing scale back to 100% and less. Let me know if this isn't working as intended.


    I'll have to test next time I raid, it's hard to find a mob with enough hp to test with that won't kill my pet.

    I did find another bug though, if I use Feign Death it creates another bar for me instead of reducing the first to zero threat.

    RecountThreat is now working properly, thank you.

    Would it be possible to get an option to show the raw threat percentage instead of the scaled threat percentage? This would have a range of 1-130% instead of 1-100%, this would be nice since ranged can be over 100% threat and not pull aggro until reaching 130% threat.

    Taken from Omen's lua file

    scaled percentage - a threat percentage, where 100% means you will pull aggro (become the primary target of the mob), and thus this % cannot be higher than 100% under normal circumstances
    raw threat percentage - the percentage of the units threat when divided by the threat of the mob's current primary target, this % CAN be over 100%

    I believe Omen shows the raw threat percentage.

    Results using r37 of RecountThreat



    Not sure why I'm getting different results if you aren't able to reproduce. All I'm doing is sending in my pet then applying serpent sting to the mob and that's what the recount threat display is showing.

    Also the change to global threat in the title bar just makes it stuck displaying the last mob your targeted, it doesn't revert to just saying Threat.

    Okay have been trying out RecountThreat again, still giving odd results.



    Also would it be possible to have an option so that the titlebar doesn't change when a mob is untargeted/targeted, so it just says Threat and that's it. Since the Blizzard API only works on the mob you're targeting anyway it seems a bit redundant to have it show the name of the targeted mob, or to mention Threat on GLOBAL when the Blizzard API doesn't support global threat.

    I decided to use Recount Threat instead of installing Omen since I thought it silly to install another addon if Recount could double up as a threat meter, the problem is it seems to display the threat with an odd scaling, this is pretty much just after pulling a trash pack in Naxx, the threat shown is way too high.

    A new damage meter called Skada has the following feature

    Automatic mode switching when entering combat. For example, you can have Threat mode be shown. Skada can switch back after combat ends.


    Would this be something you'd be willing to add to Recount? I was wanting to use the Recount Threat module and having it auto switch to the Threat display when I enter combat would be nice, then switch to say the damage done display on exiting combat so I can see how I did.

    There's various addons that will add class icons to the player, target and party frames but none that allow just the target frame to have the class icon, one such addon is http://www.wowinterface.com/downloads/info11228-ClassIcons.html#info how easy would it be to modify this addon to only have the class icon on the targetframe and no where else? I don't care about being able to move the icon either.

    I think something got broken recently. I tried to do an enchant for a friend but wasn't getting the Revelation menu when alt clicking the not to be traded box, it just brought up the dressing room frame which is odd since the dressing room should only show when ctrl clicking a piece of armor.

    Hmm after a bit more testing I think that Alt Gr on my UK keyboard is acting differently from normal Alt in WoW
