1) It only seems to happen to me in BG's, and most often times early in the game and in combat (though I've done almost no soloing).
2) Only affects target bars.
3) I get two taint errors in the Bugsack when it happens.
I think it occurs when I'm in combat and a new player joins the game (and possibly if someone leaves) and the unit frames have to adjust.
Here's a log of the error:

The one above, and another just like it, except line 4 of the error references line 714 of SecureHandlers.lua instead of line 713.
Bumping because I also get the first error (Cannot use SecureHandlers API in combat) with Pitbull. Anyone know of a fix?
