    Well apart from the fact that it throws me errors every now and then (even when being the only addon running), state paging is not its forte. For example it can not do hostile unit AND ctrl held down or travel form AND friendly unit, it can only page to hostile unit OR ctrl held down, travel form OR friendly unit. Sadly. So to reformulate my question: Is there an action bar addon apart from the three above mentioned that has such features? :)

    I am looking for an action bar addon that is not limited by the 120 action slots, can handle most states (stances, modifier keys, combat, unit exists, harmful/help...), and does range coloring by target unit (say not only target=target but target=focus too). Flexbar and Infinibar lacks the range coloring feature, Trinity can handle all of these but is bugged, and all the rest i know of is limited by the standard 120 action slots. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

    First time in combat I use this macro combination at every logon or /rl I will get a message that Bartender4 has performed "bad" action, and I get the option to disable or ignore the error. If I press ignore, everything function 100% as intended anyway!? So its not like any action is being blocked from doing, but I still get this warning.... And I had the same error with bt3 the last few weeks, but not before that. Must had been a patch that broke it, or a library change?
    I have troubleshooted it so I know its the "/click" part that causes the error, but as I said the strange thing is that it still works...? Are you able to fix this, is it even posible?



    Already known Blizzard side bug, not much to do about it other than hoping for a fix.

    Is it possible for IB to check spell range based on a specified unitid? The standard Blizz action bar does yet i can not echo it with IB. Say i write a macro /cast [target=focus] Cyclone, now when i drag it onto the default action bar the keybind text does turn red as i move back and forth but not with IB as it persistently uses the target rather than focus unit for range check. I tried to add (unit="focus") to the NotInRange tag, tried both a built-in and a standard button type macro, #show and #show [target=focus] Cyclone, all of them fruitlesly. Please enlighten me!

    I love the concept of RBM and i would like to use it - especially for arenas - however in its current state there are just too many problems with it to grant its use on rated matches. Just a few examples: Aura gain is tracked but aura fading is not. Say i display barkskin on a frame and it pops up as expected when i gain the buff but the bar remains persistent even though the buff itself got dispelled / cancelled. Same with casting swiftmend: rejuvenation and regrowth timers remain. Lifebloom stacks and durations are tracked properly in the debuff watch module however they are not in ability watch. The timer is not reset when an opponent gains an additional stack and when i target a friendly unit who already had a lifebloom sometimes i get a full bar stuck on the screen. I can't really see a reason to this as pitbull for example shows the correct number of stacks and the combat log clearly displays this too. From the time of the gain it is also easy to deduce time remaining. Another problem is diminishing returns. RBM claims it is 15 seconds, however in practice it is more than that. As far as i know this is a bug for Blizz to be solved, yet RBM should be adapted to the current state. DRTracker for example works flawlessly by erring on the safe side. These are just a few examples but i hope you see where i am going. I know ability watch is not finished and you develop the addon by yourself. I am not demanding nor degrading your work as again the concept of having a single framework for everything that is timers and the customisability is just wonderful. Rather i am trying to point out the fact that in its current state it is not reliable enough and so i would like to enquire whether these things do indeed appear on your list of priorities and when can we hope for a fix.

    Also if possible please include a whitelist beside blacklist in "custom labels" filtering, as the lack of it makes configuring a nightmare for people using separate frames to display single buffs. (I prefer everything having a constant place on my UI.)

    I simply put SetCVar("Sound_EnableSFX", 0) to the hook and SetCVar("Sound_EnableSFX", 1) to the unhook function, works fine.

    Another issue: I added ERR_ITEM_COOLDOWN to the error list yet the message "Item is not ready yet." still shows up. Any idea what am i doing wrong?

    I would like to position all my chat windows by editing layout-cache but it gets overwritten each time i do a relog. I can recall finding a solution to this, something involving setuserplaced but for the life of me i can't figure it out now. I would be very grateful if someone gave me a quick run down of the steps involved. Thanks in advance!

    Thank you for the help. Actually the command you posted previously does not work anymore, here is what does:

    /script SetModifiedClick("SELFCAST", "Ctrl"); SaveBindings(GetCurrentBindingSet())

    Should someone need all three modifier keys, the Ctrl part can be replaced simply with a blank.

    /script SetModifiedClick("SELFCAST", ""); SaveBindings(GetCurrentBindingSet())

    Another question here: Has anything changed with today's patch concerning /click and secure buttons? I used to be able to type things like /click IBGroup1_1Secure and it worked fine, but post patch I randomly get errors saying "InfiniBar has been blocked from an action only available to the Blizzard UI." But on a consecutive try it does exactly what it is supposed to. (downloaded the latest version from wowace a few minutes ago)

    The addon description claims that state pages can be addressed using ctrl, shift and alt amongst others. Yet alt seems to be missing from the actual options. Still not implemented or am i just blind?

    If you monitor raid health on aguf and do the actual healing on grid you are doing it the wrong way. Stick to either of them but not both else you add a considerable lag between recognition and action. Also i never have seen the point of displaying health percentage as the hp bar itself serves this very purpose yet more intuitively. Healing pretty much boils down to instant decision making and prioritising and so i fully agree with you saying one should be aware of names. This way you can factor in personal qualities (wasd skill, tendency to use pots / stones etc), assigned tasks (strider kiting, spam sheeping, ranged tanking...) and when it comes to that, dps and heal output. The way i use grid is i have set hp bar colour to class specific, center text 1 displays name exlusively, 2 hp deficit /afk / offline... and a huge huge center icon to only show when someone has ice block / cyclone / divine shield / BOP on them.
