    I dont think that will work, since CastBar was defined as a local variable.

    Iceroth might give my library SpellStatus-1.0 another shot shortly, which would give you a good way of retrieving that value without using a frame of some sort to query against.

    You can also use it standalone if you create a small package for yourself.

    Ill give it a fair shot when i got what i have now stable. Wont introduce more factors until then for sure. These @#*Y#( event model is driving me batty.. there is always an exception.

    Hrm yeah, it's an UseContainerItem() in a macro that uses my AQ mount if I'm in AQ. Does it without the macro too, though.

    I used a 57 druid transformed into a cat, placed my Reins of the Striped Nightsaber in 0,1 and called
    /script UseContainerItem(0, 1)

    All I get is a SpellStatus_SpellCastFailure with Can't use items while shapeshifted.

    Is it possible that it gets routed through something else. If i am trying to reproduce this the wrong way, let me know.

    SpellStatus-AimedShot-1.0 is now available on the SVN. Simply include the library in your TOC or any other way you choose for automatic consumption of it by SpellStatus-1.0.

    SpellStatus-AimedShot-1.0 will allos SpellStatus-1.0 to send a SpellStatus_SpellCastCastingStart event for Aimed Shot and will act like any other spell.

    I have been trying to track down this problem. It has to be some kind of weird combination, cause i have not been able to reproduce. I need more information to exactly what you are doing.

    If anyone is experiencing problems with SpellStatus, i have an acute inflammation of my left shoulder rotary cuff.. and can barely type. Supposedly a bit better this weekend, so I can fix defects.

    I have 2 outstanding issues discovered through IceHud.

    Anything else?

    There should still be a small issue with the castbar. I certain instances, when casting the same spell over and over, the spell might be recognized as an instant occasionally when it really is a cast with a duration.

    I will continue and try to resolve this, but any feedback would still be very much appreciated.
