Added to trunk. It was a mistake that that had not been added to amplify magic. Thanks for reporting it. You need to grab the latest alpha for this feature.

    thank you very much!

If I'm not mistaken, the way the addon is currently set up, it checks the raid for the presence of amplify magic (if configured appropriately). Can it be set up to buff the raid with alt+clicks on the icon (similar to Arcane Intellect)?

Amplify magic is often cast on every member of the raid, and since no group buff is present for it, it's quite annoying/time consuming to do.

XRS used to handle this rather well - I could spam the buff button for it and buff the entire raid, as people drifted in and out of range.

Am I missing an option to do this?

If I'm not, is it possible to add this functionality to RaidBuffStatus?

    thanks for an excellent mod!

I've been using this addon. It's fantastic!

I am wondering if it's possible to hide certain classes. As a mage, I really only care about giving arcane intellect / brilliance to mana users.

Can some sort of class filter be added?

Thank you for the great addon!

posted a message on Fixing the Raid Lockup Problem!
looks like Slouken replied to ckk's post on the UI forums:

This crash is a region (texture or fontstring) that doesn't have a parent when it's being shown. Does that make any sense in this context?

Are there any specific steps that always cause a crash? Q/A hasn't been able to reproduce this.

I tested the performance enhancements around r39826 last night in a 25 man raid. The performance was truly excellent - no more slowdowns on death, raid member change etc.

I did SSC tonight in a 25 man - the difference in performance was night and day. No more lockups! Thank you very much!

posted a message on Pitbull Raid Performance Issue
I'll add my reply here. For the last couple of nights, my guild has been working on Magtheridon. I've monkeyed around with Pitbull's settings quite a bit to see what I can do to minimize the 'studdering' problem. I've tried disabling the bar fader module, and I've disabled auras as well. While both of these actions help, every time users enter or leave combat, or enter or leave the zone (coming in from the graveyard) there are small 'freeze ups'. What I've found works best to head this off at the moment is to leave raid frames displayed only when buffing, prior to pulls. This way I can make sure my assigned groups get the buffs I am responsible for (XRS helps with this too). Right before the pull, I disable Pitbull's raid frames, and gameplay from that point on is smooth as silk. I realize this isn't an option for healing classes, but as I am a mage I don't really need to keep an eye of the rest of the raid for this encounter, just myself.

I noticed these problems in Gruul's Lair too (and accompanying hiccups when folks died due to cave ins / shatters). The only way I can get it to reliably go away is to disable the raid frames prior to combat starting.

One last note - I don't seem to encounter noticeable hiccups while in Karazhan. Just seems to be an issue in 25 man content so far for me.

I really like these unit frames and will continue to use them regardless. I update pretty frequently, hoping to see these hiccups eventually crushed. Thanks for the unit frames!
