may seem silly but i cant find any way to change the borders on pitbull frames from blizz tooltip to roth etc =/
and yeah i know you cant make addons in VB but its a good learning point for me hopefully =P (though i am seeing the logic when i read luas :D)
also looks pretty nice typh, but you have hidden fubars or?

Sep 28, 2008well yeah they are kind of big, which is why i wna switch to pitbull but 3-5mb memory vs 0.7mb hmmm =/Posted in: General Chat
xperl just has so much wasted space and i want bigger health and power bars
also big xperl removes the need for class timers really because of their debuff timers being so freaking awesome =( oh its going to be a paint o leave xperl behind... maybe i should create my own version of it =P *go learns visual basic*

fairly happy with its memory consumption atm, usually 16.3mb, but gna add pitbill soon but also strip alot of the bars... too clunky, need more minimal!
Sep 28, 2008yeah fine Opie =P you can bind a like mouse over thing to any bind you want for on demand customizable hover / click action barsPosted in: General Chat
you could but all proffesions first aid etc in to one F1 key
imo just watch the vid
Sep 27, 2008would recomend f g t r v (c or shift c depending on how much you like char tab) x z \ y ` [ then A + D or Q + E ], for instand spells, control+1 for shiv is not good imo!Posted in: General Chat
or even moving your hand placement (will take you years to get used too) to RDFG or etc for moving
personally i still use Q W E to move forwards and strafe but rogue is main so i strafe quite alot freeing up A and D
i keep trying to play without action bars or just the one bar showing hemo/mutilate (range) and all my moves that can go on CD or have another range (throw sometimes)
and also use oPie for extreme lack of keybindings and bars :D

thats not lyns mini map too is it? pretty swag tho, do those debuffs count down in the same way xperl does (love the way it clockwise fades and counts to decimals... but im a rogue mainly so no need for necb etc)
anyway heres mine pre unit frames atm
Sep 22, 2008honestly if you want to get nice frame rates you need your PC to be really clean, which for me means re formatting hadrddrive and not going to odd websites, as i rly dont trust those CC leaner and "speed up your PC" tools though im sure some of them might actually workPosted in: General Chat
nvidia 8600GT , 3.6gz dual core intel, a nice motherboard, 2gigs ram, good to go imo i get 80-280 fps depending on activity (my wow dusnt like waterfalls and fire elements so much so it drops alot there)

if its crashed you are unlikely to be able to get it back. i recomend reloging alot when setting up a big ui change

shouldn't you be able to create an empty (blank) layer for the alpha channel through the options? (it took me abuot 5h to figure it out when i made my texture, and i can't for the life remeber how).
A tip, look at online guides for whatever program ur using many of them are very exact.
it took me about 3 hours yesterday... well after i gave up on photo shop elements and went on to CS where you can actualy create alpha layers...
its in this PDF guide: http://omgphatloots.org/UI/Videos/eePanels%20Tutorial.pdf
the last 2pages show how to do the alpha layer (but remember the contract bit also)
