fiddled around a bit with moving the bars into position, by doing that i noticed, that the bars stay in place if i don't move them before i reload/relogin. so i edited the SavedVars file to get the bars where i want them, reloaded and relogged a few times and they are staying where i want them to be
so my guess would be that the positionsaving function isnt exactly doing what its supposed to do, don't know enough about WoWs API and lua though to see why.

Jun 28, 2008Hello,Posted in: General AddOns
I came across a slightly annoying problem with HotCandy, everytime I login or reload my Userinterface on my druid HotCandy moves its Anchor to a little up and a bit to the right from where i placed and locked it. HotCandy Version is r77243. Attached some screenshots for further visualisation, the first shows where I want HotCandy to be, the second shows where HotCandy parks itself after a login or reload of the UI.
Aside from that, thank you for a great HotTracker.

Sep 5, 2006plugin for ora2 maintank frames, probably not the cleanest way to make it but it works for me.Posted in: General AddOns
dont forget to turn on clickcasting support in the ora2 maintank menu.
ps.: its a slightly modified version of the ora mtf plugin from clique build 10095

This is bad to do. The reason being is the X Perl plugin will load for ANY perl addon, i.e. PCUF, Perl, Numbia, XPerl-- and will break things. Zek really needs to add a way to find out if its HIS mod that's loaded or not.
already thought so, but i am just happy that it continues to work :)
Aug 8, 2006since a few days ago, dunno when exactly it started, clique isnt loading the xperl plug-in anymore (happened first with x-perl 1.7.1 and continued with 1.7.2, and 1.7.3 with a just updated clique. to get the plugin to load again i changed the test function from:Posted in: General AddOns
function Plugin:Test() if not IsAddOnLoaded("Perl") then return false end return --author == "Zek, Nymbia, Perl" end
function Plugin:Test() --if not IsAddOnLoaded("Perl") then return false end return Perl_Config --author == "Zek, Nymbia, Perl" end
basically just copying whats it doing with other plugins.
and it made it work again :)
didnt check that with the just updated clique version but i think it still will load, will test it later today...
Aug 2, 2006great mod :)Posted in: General AddOns
the newest x-perl versions (1.7.0 or newer) require a little change made to the xperl plugin, since X-Perl's author changed the CustomClickFunction
Line 28 from:
Perl_CustomClickFunction = self.OnClick
Perl_Custom_ClickFunction = self.OnClick
and line 35 from:
Perl_CustomClickFunction = nil
Perl_Custom_ClickFunction = nil
A happy clique user :)
