    Was so excited about this that I just had to try and fiddle some with it. However, I can't seem to get my spell on right-click to function, here's how the macro looks:

    /clearfocus [modifier:shift]
    /stopmacro [modifier:shift]
    /cast [target=focus,exists,nodead,harm,button:1] Fear
    /cast [target=focus,exists,nodead,harm,button:2] Curse of Tongues
    /stopmacro [target=focus,exists,nodead,harm]
    /cast [combat,harm,exists,nodead,button:1] Fear
    /cast [combat,harm,exists,nodead,button:2] Curse of Tongues
    /focus [exists,harm,nodead] target
    /clearfocus [target=focus,dead]

    Fear gets cast no problem, but nothing happens if i right-click the frame.

    I like it, a lot!

    Some quick suggestions off the top of my head, after using it for a few bits:

    * Might want to include a "Warlock - Fear" profile (for pvp/arena), maybe even "Warlock - Seduction".
    * Another spell option for right click on the frame
    * Resizing/scaling of the frame

    I took a peek at the data gathered and it's nice and all. However, I'd like even more information in there. Like what the team's composition was (what classes), both on opposing team and your own. This would be really cool but perhaps problematic to gather. I can just imagine all the sweet statistics you could generate with that. Like % win/loss versus teams with a rogue in it etc. What class composition you had most success with and so on.

    Nice work and keep up. Looking forward to that GUI.

    If ItemBonusesFu isn't FuBar 2.0 already, convert it, and add the plug-in to it's libraries. Then it's standalone.

    To answer your question; pretty much, yes. Having choices is a good thing. There are tons of co-existing action bar addons for example, not just one single which is the best option for every person. Thank you for the hint about FuBar 2.0 addons being standalone though, appreciate it. Any other info regarding my query is warmly welcome.

    These addons display your item bonuses in some way. I would like something like this but way simpler, maybe even a text-based addon that just outputs your current gear bonuses like:
    * Spell damage
    * Spell hit
    * Mana per 5 sec
    * Healing power
    * Spell penetration
    * Spell crit
    Or perhaps with a very simple graphical window that updates when you swap equipment pieces. If I had more time I would give it a shot but I don't.

    Edit: I don't run FuBar and don't intend to either, otherwise I guess FuBar_ItemBonusesFu would be nice.

    Anyone else experiencing this? The CombatLog just goes poof now and then, seemingly at random times. I can restore it by clicking in the "Simple Chat" option in Interface options -> Advanced. Only addons that are affecting my Combatlog are SimpleCombatLog and Minimalist, but I do not think they're the ones causing it as I've had this happen before without them.


    Anyone got any ideas?

    Yup a smallish core that just parses the CTRAID channel and its messages passing them on to other addons would be so totally awesome. Would be fun to write the 'plugins' for this.

    You're absolutely right of course. This was more of a proof-of-concept thing and I haven't worked with wow's xml any so I figured this was the fastest way of doing something like that :p

    I set this script to fire upon UNIT_HEALTH and PLAYER_TARGET_CHANGED.
    I haven't tested the bar width change yet. Sometimes the text string gets a bit too long, that's why I put HP% first. If you click the bar you will target the targetarget. The bar txvc seems not to function as I thought.. I got a light blue bar with those values and when I change it now nothing happens... sup? Also sometimes if I target myself for example the bar will display my old target's target instead of me.. must've missed something...?
    (the HealthPercent function is from Discord Macro Functions).

    I have some ideas for making a couple of addonish things with visor.

    1. Target's target bar.
    How to do it: Make a VisorActionButton long and thin, texture it with something nice (like the ABF style texture). Put text on it, UnitName("targettarget"), UnitClass("targettarget") and health percent. Make it show only if we have a target and targettarget exist (parent it to your target frame and look for UnitExists("targettarget")). Update on UNIT_HEALTH. Decrease the width of the button as health goes down (UnitHealth("targettarget"), UnitHealthMax("targettarget"))

    2. Combo point display.
    How to do it: Make 5 VisorActionButtons and hide them. Make the scale of them grow as the number goes up. Look for event PLAYER_COMBO_POINTS, check GetComboPoints() and just h=FALSE on the correct number of buttons. Texture/color the buttons according to personal preference.

    Pros: No need for new/different addons.
    Cons: Takes up VisorActionButtons.

    As I haven't worked all that much with visor, only been fiddling with it for a few days now I'm not 100% sure it's possible to do all this, but it sure looks like it according to manual and examples...

    Whadda ya think?
