    posted a message on Help with talent tags in PitBull

    When blizzard enabled that you can inspect the other faction's gear and talent spec i started to search for some kinda way to show the talent spec on Pitbull unitframes.

    As someone mentioned before [TalentSpect] and [TalentTree] doing this. Everything worked well until they reduced the inspect range. Somehow atm this [talentspec]+[talenttree] text is not upgrading itself when i target someone. Iam in range ofc, and with Examiner i can see my target's talent build, but still [talentspec] can't refresh itself with this data. After few trys somehow it's refreshing itself and finaly i can see my target's build in that blank bar, sometimes not. How can i fix this?

    Is there any way to dock together normal windows?

    http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/info/basics/chat-customization.html

    "Arrange
    To change the order of a docked window, click and drag its Name Tab. A small, glowing yellow bar will indicate where the window will be placed upon release.

    If the bar is not visible when you release the window, it will become undocked. Windows can only be docked to the General Chat Window, and it cannot be moved from the left-most position of all docked windows. "

    Basicly you can only dock other windows to the General Chat window, but is there any way to get rid of this "feature"?

    It may have been covered already, but I'm trying to filter out VE and VT spam.

    I added "CHAT_MSG_SPELL_HOSTILEPLAYER_BUFF" to the event list, and

    [20] = {name="", search="Vampiric Embrace", r=0/256, g=0/256, b=0/256},
    [21] = {name="", search="Vampiric Touch", r=0/256, g=0/256, b=0/256},

    but it's still showing up in SCT for me. I don't play a priest but as a paladin I get the benefit of a SP often and would rather use the event filter instead of the heal and powergain filters.

    [6] = {name="", search="Vampiric Embrace heals you", r=0/256, g=0/256, b=0/256},
    [8] = {name="", search="Judgement of Light heals you", r=0/256, g=0/256, b=0/256},
    [9] = {name="", search="Invigorate heals you", r=0/256, g=0/256, b=0/256},
    [10] = {name="", search="Seal of Light heals you", r=0/256, g=0/256, b=0/256},

    iam using these, all working well

    my question is, how can i use these events:

    CHAT_MSG_COMBAT_FRIENDLY_DEATH
    CHAT_MSG_COMBAT_HOSTILE_DEATH

    iam already using this event

    [7] = {name="*1 DIED", argcount=1, search="(.+) dies.", r=256/256, g=0/256, b=0/256},

    but i want to separate the hostile and the friendly deaths with different color, how can i do this?

    Is there any way to disable some event from the timer by manualy? exp if i don't need rupture timer, how can i disable this event from the addon?

    comment it out by placing two dashes -- at the beginning of the line

    ye i did that before and i got an error like this

    "Interface\Addons\Chornometer\Core\Chronometer.lua:232: bad argument #1 to 'pairs' (able expected, got nil)"

    tbh, i want to use Chronometer as a Slice and Dice watcher, and disable all the other rogue events

    I think what he means is that when you mouse over a chat window, it typically darkens the chat frame.

    He doesn't want that to happen.

    If I'm not mistaken, you can do that with the default UI buy just changing the alpha (or I have too many mods :p)

    ye that the point! but once more ( i don't realy think this is too hard, but maybe i posted bad pictures ;] )

    don't care with the 3rd picture maybe it makes u confused :D

    Is there any way using Prat (or anykinda addon) to turn of the chat windows mouseover fade-in and out? Exp. when your chat window's background opacity is like 0, and u move your cursor into the window, it became darker, and i want to down off this feature.

    Yes - the module is called "Fading".

    That modul what i found, called Fading too and works with the ! chat text ! fading, not with the mouseover background fading.

    iam talking about this:
