    posted a message on Raid heals
    Need specifics here.

    Cast a heal on yourself. Something with a cast time that you can see, such as Greater Heal, Holy Light, Healing Wave, or Healing Touch. If, in Pitbull, you do not see a huge red segment appear at the end of your health bar while you are casting the spell, then you've got something odd in your options or something isn't enabled.

    List of things to run through.
    1) Do you see the estimated heal on YOUR healthbar? Is the overheal amount (the segment past the maximum health) colored red?
    2) Do you see the estimated heal on a party member's healthbar, while in a 2-5man group? Is the overheal amount (the segment past the maximum health) colored red?
    3) Do you see the estimated heal on a raid member's healthbar, while in a raid? Is the overheal amount (the segment past the maximum health) colored red?
    4) Is the Pitbull_VisualHeal module enabled? (/pitbull, Modules menu, look down the list)
    5) Do you have a Pitbull_EstimatedHeals (or similarly named) module? Is it currently enabled?

    (Yes, copypasted)

    If 5 is a yes, completely reinstall Pitbull. Delete the Pitbull directory and all "Pitbull_" directories, then grab the latest .zip from files.wowace.com.

    If 1-4 are all YES, then aside from possibly needing an update, you're fine. See last paragraph for what to do next.

    If ANY of 1-4 are NO, reinstall Pitbull with the latest version as described above. Also, once you're back up and running, clear Pitbull's Savedvariables by either resetting its profile (/pitbull, Profiles) or deleting Pitbull.lua and Pitbull.lua.bak from WoW's WTF/Account/<accountname>/SavedVariables directory. You will need to reconfigure Pitbull - Make sure Pitbull_Visualheal is enabled in both your addons selection menu (char select screen) AND in the Modules section of Pitbull. Once you make sure, DO NOT TOUCH THE VISUALHEAL SETTINGS AT ALL, for any of your bars.

    Now that you've beaten down the possibilities of you being out of date, modules not loading, and settings being tweaked a little too much to work, what next? Other people. If you can see your heal estimates just fine, but nobody else's: Make sure they're running addons that use LibHealComm-3.0, make sure they're updating on a regular basis, and see if they register YOUR heals. If everyone's running the same version of the same addons using the same settings, and it's STILL not working, then you've got issues.

    Wouldn't know either way on individual cooldowns, I'm not currently using them. Though, I can see one for Swiftmend in my Druid's near future. ^_^

    Aside from that... Nothing to report! Dodge, you've done an amazing job so far on CDB. The new text options are lovely (little more customization would be nice, mainly a way to manually edit the format without digging in the lua, but the presets are definitely fine), cooldown pulses haven't bugged at all in 20 arena games and 5 hours of instancing, and Cycircled support is full of epic win.

    Slickest cooldown addon around, man. Keep it up. :D

    Edit: Teeny bug, the <5 seconds text color doesn't seem to be showing on my copy. Noticed when I was testing it out, almost forgot till just now.

    "Gradiant" should be spelled "Gradient", in all cases that the word appears. Makes hand-editing a pain. >.>

    I'm working on creating a skin based on the bars I posted a page or three back. Finally got around to making some frames. I'll release it when it's ready and tested.

    Help forum's a good place to ask, rather than cluttering the already-cluttered General Addons forum.

    That said, I haven't found anything in the SVN branches. You'll just have to wait and see, unless the SCL dev decides to reply.

    1) Download one of the many good click-casting addons (Clique, Click2Cast).
    2) Bind Shift-Rightclick to Righteous Defense.
    3) ???
    4) PROFIT!

    Or without an addon, make a macro.

    /cast [target=mouseover,exists][target=targettarget,harm][] Righteous Defense

    Which will attempt to RD whoever you're mousing over (which includes unitframes, meaning you can hold your mouse over Stoopidrog's portrait and hit the button, and it'll work). If you're not mousing over someone, it tries your target's target, and otherwise it just uses the spell as normal.

    but it only support item cooldown's i think that should work out of the box with cooldownbuttons.

    looking forward for the next release i am really happy with your addon!

    If it's added, definitely treat it as a new button category and have an option to completely disable hidden cooldown tracking. That sort of tracking can be performance-intensive on older computers, plus it's not info everybody will want to see.

    Or better, modularize CooldownButtons so that we can add functionality without bugging Dodge too much. ^_^

    Dragon, are you using the latest SVN build? If not, you might want to update.

    Here's mine just in case. Falloff works perfectly. It's a revision or two old. you may or may not run into already-fixed bugs, but so far it's been perfect for me.

    Edit: IIRC, the arched texture rotation bug has been around since before the rewrite. I remember having issues with it. Lesson learned, use unitframes for horizontal bars and huds for vertical. >.>

    Woot for pulse effects!

    As for school lockdowns and shared cooldowns, it might be possible to just group cooldowns with the same current duration together. Quick hack, but it'd work. Otherwise, you might want to take a look at how Parrot handles lockouts/shaman shocks/etc.

    Center anchoring would be excellent. Also, I'd like to be able to position the anchors by X/Y coordinates without editing savedvars.

    Had some rushed arena games a bit ago, and I saw that when my Druid was counterspelled (damn Mages and their twitch reflexes, CS'd cyclone >.>) my screen was filled with cooldowns from all the Nature spells locked out. I'm pretty sure it was from the expiring cooldowns bar, I hadn't quite set everything up from the savedvars reset.

    Same thing happens with trinkets on shared temp cooldowns, IE multiple spelldamage/AP trinkets. While it's nice to see exactly what's locked out, it'd be good to group school lock/shared cooldowns into one button.

    Same error. Apparently it's doing something weird with the bag updates. I'll clear SVs later, work in 10 minutes.

    Nice easy template to follow. You might want to fix the link name though. :D

    Debuff coloring shouldn't be too bad to pull off. Set some extra default templates (Physical, Magic, Curse, Poison, Disease) so that you have the colors on hand and editable, and override the current color template when the unit is debuffed.

    Have filtering set on a per-bar basis (I'd judge by class there for simplicity's sake, pretty sure it's a Blizz API call) and you have a winner.

    Shows how often I look there. Everything I suggested was already in, just in an odd spot. Thanks for clarifying. :)

    I'd just rename the menus to Color/Alpha Templates, then put them into the Skins section. Makes the most sense to me, at least.

    If I'm looking at those screenies right, it seems we don't even need an out-of-combat-regen flag. So if I did this...
    Value=1, Alpha=0.1
    Value=0.98, Alpha=0.3
    Value=0.4, Alpha=0.3
    Value=0.01, Alpha=0.6
    Value=0, Alpha=0.1

    ...I'd get about what I'm looking for in my OOC regen. I can deal with that.

    Next up, debuff coloring. ^_^
